NOT WORTH THE MONEY
The location and the use of the parking permit. Beds are comfortable
Check in was 4pm - the place was still getting "cleaned" at 4.30pm! Lack of cleanliness especially the bathrooms. Stains and smell of damp. The downstairs needs some repair. Black bin bags left in the outside area. The flooring downstairs has not been fitted properly. Fridge/freezer needs cleaning. The cooker is disgusting - we didn't use it!

A rare gem in the old shoemaking district
Clean and comfortable. Even had a teapot! Upstairs and downstairs loos. Hosts very approachable, helpful and friendly. Close to the County Cricket ground, town shopping, and Phipps brewery, a rare treat for real ale drinkers. Also, check out the free museum in the cultural quarter, especially the shoe gallery.
Parking on the street is residents only. However, two or three streets to the east, parking is unrestricted (and free!).
