Great and comfortable

It was very convenient and easy to reach. Arrived in pouring rain and getting into the property was easy and quick. It was excellent considering we only booked it short notice. Great communication.

We didn't quite know what to do with certain types of waste, so we took some back with us. Some lightbulbs needed checking.

House was modernised to a reasonable standard, warm and the neighbours were quiet.

It was fine

Good location for what I needed, easy to park outside, good communication from the team

It really needs a deep clean - it’s full of dust and hair, the sofa is filthy, there are marks all over the walls, the bathroom bin was full of someone else’s rubbish, bins in the garden full of someone else’s rubbish, the grout by the kitchen sink is black with mould, the window handles are all broken, Netflix doesn’t work, the garden is so overgrown, there were no cleaning products left for guests - not even a sponge to do the washing up, there’s random out of date things left in the cupboards, no tea and coffee left, the bed and bedding is uncomfortable. The stay was fine for what I needed but really needs a proper clean and some extras to make it easier to stay there.

La maison, en général, était moyennement confortable, mais ce qui m’a particulièrement dérangé, ce sont les poils de chien partout dans la maison. Ce n'était pas très propre : on sentait une forte odeur de chien, même l’aspirateur dégageait une odeur désagréable et contenait beaucoup de poils. En marchant en chaussettes, celles-ci se retrouvaient couvertes de poils, qui étaient omniprésents sur la moquette, les plaids et le canapé. Il y avait également des toiles d’araignée sur les lustres. De plus, il manquait certains équipements essentiels, notamment un ouvre-bouteille, un plat adapté au four et un sèche-cheveux pour la salle de bain. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la lunette des toilettes était cassée. Concernant le quartier, je l’ai trouvé cher par rapport au prix de l’appartement, car il n’était pas très agréable. Il y avait beaucoup de déchets sur les trottoirs et l’ensemble du quartier semblait ancien et mal entretenu. Cependant, les habitants étaient adorables et le pays magnifique. Nous avons pu visiter de nombreux endroits intéressants, et c’est ce que je retiens avant tout. J’espère que des améliorations seront apportées à l’appartement pour offrir un meilleur confort aux futurs visiteurs.
