Located where we wanted. Adequate accommodation but some maintenance issues - both roller blinds broken.

I’d booked this for my family. We paid the rental and also £250 deposit. The keysafe code to access the property should have been sent at 4pm. It didn’t arrive and all attempts to make contact by WhatsApp and phone were unsuccessful. One number given was unobtainable and the other didn’t pick up. It took two and a half hours before they could get in, with some intervention from Bookings.com. Consequently, they were late for the concert they’d travelled to see. Dreadful customer service. AVOID THIS PROPERTY!

Convenient and everything we needed for a girl's weekend.

The flat itself was exactly what we needed. We were having a friend reunion after a long time of not seeing each other and just wanted somewhere to stay together, drink wine and chat. The kitchen had most of the necessaries and the lounge area was big enough for the 4 of us. Bedrooms were fab! Spacious, comfy beds and plenty of toilets to go around!

Sofa wasn't super comfy (but if the box in the hallway is any indication, a new one is coming soon!). Also, no tea towels provided (that we could find). The area itself is quite nice, although we had some questionable characters hanging around outside a lot - but that's Northampton for you! Overall, it was convenient and had pretty much everything we needed, so any negatives were outweighed by the positives.

Owners not listening..?

Nicely decorated and clean. Comfortable beds. Well located for town centre.

Freezer still broken from.previous review. Occupancy is for 8, only seating for 4. Lounge is much smaller that seems on photos. Only 5 mugs, cutlery for 6, not well outfitted kitchen. Can only use tv if you have your own logins. Toilet seats wrong size, too small... Parking space has been hijacked by neighbour. Stairs are lethal and have been fitted the wrong way round, do not book if you have any disability. Showers have very little pressure at all.
