Great location and comfortable house!
Easy access on our arrival with clear instructions from the host. Very warm and cozy house. Everything there thar we needed for our stay. Bedrooms spacious and beds extremely comfortable. Great location across from the park could have been in the countryside even only 15 minutes from town. Quiet and friendly neighbours.
Only negative point is the very limited parking otherwise GREAT STAY

I would recommend this stay for a budget trip to Northampton.
This house worked well for 7 adults in Northampton for a weekend visit. The house is as shown in the photos. Check in was easy, with Mugo providing us a detailed guide on how to access the home, using a lockbox key. We were able to park nearby, as the street had free parking. The area felt safe, and is adjacent to Eastfield Park. The house itself was perfectly nice, with 3 bedrooms; two double bedrooms and one with a double and single bed. Though the beds were small for 2 adults, it was fine considering the price. The bathroom and kitchen were good.
I was asked to pay a £199 deposit (via bank transfer) prior to gaining access to the house. This is in the 'fine print' of the property policy, so please be aware as I did not read this. Though a surprise, this was not an issue as the property returned this deposit in full a few days after our stay.

It’s located at a good point where we needed to be to visit Family travelling from abroad The Park is Great if you have small children as we planned on bringing our grandchildren /front door opens onto it was Very Quiet At Night stayed Friday - Sunday . Rooms Adequate for Three bedroom House Clean bed and bed linen
Could do with a Little TLC , In the Garden area Kitchen Utensils / cutlery / plates were sufficient for us as a couple but needs to be stocked in order to accommodate more people if needed . An update on the bathroom and a dressing table in bedroom’s with a mirror would be a good addition,
