Renter - 9; ready for please, but English communications only in written form
Facilities - 9+: the only thing we missed was a large serrate knife for cutting bread
Cleanliness - 10; flat is newly reconstructed and redecorated
Comfort: 8; it tooks about 5 minutes after opening a tap until the water flow becomes warm
Location: 10: silent place, but only 5-7 minutes by feet from two underground stations (central station Termini 7-8 stops, Colosseo 8-9 stops). In the same distance, there are supermarket, local market hall with large offer of excellent breads, good fruits, vegetables, cheeses and other foods, pizzeria and kebab.
Parking in the backyard.
Online checkin page: 2 - terrible, user unfriendly. No direct input of dates. only combo boxes. 3 selections of country with no automatic pre-set the next two after first choice etc.
