Siamo stati molto felici del nostro soggiorno in questo appartamento. La struttura è pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è strategica: la metropolitana (Linea C) è vicinissima, il che rende gli spostamenti per visitare Roma davvero facili e veloci. Nonostante la comodità ai servizi, il quartiere è molto silenzioso e tranquillo, ideale per riposare dopo una giornata in giro. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. Tutto è andato per il meglio, consigliatissimo!

Tesis Roma merkeze giden Metro durağına 2 dakika mesafede temiz güler yüzlü karşılama gideceklere öneririm. Hemen yanında kapalı otopark mevcut arabası olanlar için.

Beautiful, clean, and well-maintained apartment in a great location, close to the metro and only a 10-minute metro ride from the Colosseum. The owner was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

l’accueil de la dame qui nous a remis les clés, très gentille et agréable et l’emplacement
L’arrivée est fixée à 19h, et en cas de retard un supplément peut être demandé. Nous devions arriver à 19h30 et on nous a annoncé 30€ en plus, avant de revenir finalement sur cette décision.Une insistance excessive sur l’heure de sortie (10h), avec de nombreux messages répétés. C’est la première fois que nous vivons cela alors que nous avons l’habitude de louer des appartements.À 9h, une femme de ménage est entrée sans prévenir pour récupérer des affaires, ce qui n’est pas acceptable.
