Perfect

The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment was small but very clean and well organized. Support clean and very easy to find how to check in and out.

Only thing we missed was wine glasses but not really something to complain about.

2 minutes from the sea

Great location just 3 minutes from the beach and bus station. Found cold bottle of water upon arrival and a snack from the host - nice surprise. Host supported with explanations and we found the house and a parking spot in a public parking. Host speaks Italian.

A bit noisy street even with closed windows. A bit too soft bed for our taste. Needed to send a video of the apartment condition at check-out - might be a problem if you are really in rush.

Emplacement idéal, nous sommes venus pour la fête du citron nous ne pouvions pas être mieux situés. Appartement propre bien équipé, facile d'accès et super communication avec les propriétaires. Tout était facile Le petit plus serait un grille-pain pour le matin.

Nous qui venons de la campagne calme, la rue est très bruyante, petit conseil aux futurs voyageurs emmenez des bouchons pour un bon sommeil

Appartement très bien équipé cuisine salle de bain, en très bon état et surtout très propre Très bien situé pour se balader à pied dans Menton ,bonne communication avec le propriétaire

Excellent pied à terre à Menton hyper centre

Sûrement un des meilleurs logements ou j’ai séjourné. Toutes les photos du site sont telles que le logement se présente réellement et non des photos relookées ou Améliorées très avantageusement. L’immeuble est très bien tenu et silencieux (entretien General et propreté des parties communes). Excellente situation A 30 mètres de la mer/ plage. Commerces à proximité immédiate: Carrefour Market a 50 mètres Boulangerie à 30 mètres. La gare est à moins de 10 minutes a pied. Tout comme La zone piétonnière. L’accès et les codes sont communiqués via une vidéo sur whatsapp. Facilité de communication avec l’hôte toujours réactif. Le studio est situé au premier étage sur rue. Lumineux et particulièrement propre. Décoration simple mais avec goût. Rénovation entière récente Toute la place est optimisée et équilibrée Cuisine équipée (cafetière, bouilloire, micro-ondes, plaques vitrocéramiques, ect …) Sachets de thé ou de café, sucre, huile, bouteilles d’eau sont d’ agréables attentions. Lit de grande dimension très confortable Salle de bain avec grande douche, machine à laver le linge, disposition parfaite. Placard et ceintres pour le rangement des vêtements Télé et internet fonctionnent parfaitement. Un super séjour de 6 nuits pour visiter la Riviera.

Tutto! C’era veramente tutto quello che può servire in una casa per viverci , lavastoviglie ,lavatrice (con pastiglie per lavaggio),asse da stiro , ferro da stiro, stendini,microonde,bollitore con fette biscottate, marmellata etc., tv adeguata,letto molto comodo,arredamento nuovo.L’appartamento risulta come dalle foto , molto carino e pulitissimo.E’ posizionato in un bel condominio accanto al mare. L’host Andrea è molto gentile , facilmente contattabile e pronto per qualsiasi esigenza.Ottimo il self check in che con un video wzp rende l’accesso semplice e veloce.

Niente , unica cosa il check in alle 16 e check out alle 10 sono un po’ stretti

Un piccolo nido in centro a Mentone

Appartamento tenuto in maniera esemplare, pulito e ben arredato. Situato in una posizione comodissima per raggiungere il centro, con parcheggio a 200mt. Signor Andre disponibile e sempre presente per qualsiasi chiarimento
