Fantastic location and great amenities!

Cocooning is always my first choice when I am visiting Menton. The location is simply the best. The bus to and from the Nice Côte d'Azur airport stops almost at the front door as does the free Navette that runs a circular route which includes the train station and le marché des Halles de Menton. The beach and the Promenade de Soleil is just a few steps away as is the Casino. It's perfect!

Wonderful Menton apartment

The apartment is spotless, with very high end appliances and finish. Stephane met us with the key for the door, and you use the fob on the key ring to enter the grounds and the actual building. (No codes to remember.) The whole place is modern and very well kept.The apartment has everything you could need. Very well stocked kitchen. Large outside patio. The location is amazing! 3 minutes walk to the beach (we walked to Italy!), 7 minutes walk to the train station, 2 minutes to the bus stop (2.50 euro each way to Monte Carlo along the coast!) and 2 minutes to the Casino. The apartment has a "Murphy bed" which is very comfortable. Also, the building has an elevator and no steps so it's very easy if you have any mobility issues.(Also tile floors)

No complaints at all. As mentioned in the booking ad there is a $300 deposit, so remember to bring a check.

The beds (the two couches, actually) are very uncomfortable. At the time we stayed, there were some problems in the apartment. It is very likely that the owner will have solved them in the meantime.

New studio with large balcony in perfect location

New built in top notch condition (including the furnitures), large balcony ideal for meals, great location (within 1 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, city center, bus stop; within 10 min to the train station, old town, markets), well equipped (the kitchen!!), plenty of touristic info (maps, flyers, timetables), quiet, lovely and responsive owners. Nice touch: beach towels & parasols, restaurants recommendations (coming from a chef…)

Exceptional

The apartment has an ideal location close to everything in the city. The beach was a 5 minute walk. In the apartment you get everything you need for a pleasant stay: wonderful kitchen appliances, washing machine, clean and spacious shower, comfortable bed, beach utilities (umbrella, towels), A/C. The apartment's balcony was very comfortable and cozy. And the hosts are very warm and welcoming people (thanks a lot for the wine, Stephane! :) ). Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this beautiful town and would definitely recommend choosing this apartment as your place to stay in Menton.

Appartamento piccolo ma dotato di ogni confort. Posizione strategica vicino al mare, alla stazione dei treni e al centro storico. Presenti in zona anche un'ottima boulangerie e un supermercato. Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta o dubbio.

Supplemento di 10€ al giorno per il parcheggio nei garage sotterranei che potrebbero essere compresi nel costo totale dell'appartamento.

Logement vraiment très bien

Super accueil de l hôte, studio très confortable, bien aménagé, avec une déco sympa, un vrai petit cocon! La résidence est calme, la literie est super confortable, les serviettes sont douces et sentent très bon. Le coin cuisine est vraiment très bien équipé. Le parking en sous sol est pratique surtout que le stationnement est compliqué sur Menton. Mais sur un long séjour ça fait vite augmenter le tarif....

Le prix du parking qui s'ajoute au prix de la location, mais pratique et quasi indispensable.

Gelungener Urlaub!

Es war eine sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung, die sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet war. Es ist alles da, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Sogar die Erstausstattung an Reinigungsmittel, Gewürzen, Kaffeekapseln, Toilettenpapier war vorhanden. Vielen Dank dafür! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die große Terrasse, die bei schönem Wetter unbezahlbar ist. Ebenso sehr angenehm ist der Tiefgaragenparkplatz (extra zu zahlen), da man dort sonst praktisch kaum das Auto abstellen kann. Das Haus ist an jeder Eingangstür gut gesichert, sodass man sich gut aufgehoben fühlt. Der Empfang bei Anreise klappte sehr gut, alles wurde gut erklärt. Die Abreise erfolgte bei uns schon um 9 Uhr, da wir eine weite Rückfahrt vor uns hatten. Aber auch das war kein Problem, trotz Sonntag und in Frankreich oft nicht gern so zeitig. Großen Dank an den freundlichen Herrn, der Übergabe und Abreise erledigt hat! Der Strand (Steinstrand) befindet sich nur eine Straßenüberquerung weiter. Zur Wohnung gehören sogar 2 leicht zu transportierende Strandstühle, die man mit an den Strand nehmen darf. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Bäckereien befinden sich mehrere in der nahen Umgebung (auf Öffnungszeiten achten!), ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene Restaurants. Französisch-Sprachkenntnisse waren von Vorteil. Kurzum eine sehr zu empfehlende Urlaubsunterkunft

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar. Ein schöner sandiger Strandabschnitt ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. In der Unterkunft befanden sich Stühle und Sonnenschirme zum mitnehmen an den Strand. Der Bus nach Monaco/Nizza ist direkt vor der Haustür. Gute Restaurants, Bäcker, Shops sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Soggiornare qualche giorno a Mentone è sempre un'esperienza estremamente piacevole!!

Posizione eccezionale, centralissima, a due passi dal Casino e dal mare!!

No mi era mai capitato di dover lasciare una cauzione (300,00€), che comunque mi è stata restituita il giorno della partenza!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans l’appartement. L’emplacement est pratique, avec de nombreux supermarchés et boulangeries à proximité. L’appartement est très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour le séjour. Chaque jour, nous avons également profité de la terrasse avec sa grande table. Je recommande cet appartement avec grand plaisir.

Ein ruhiges und kleines Apartment mitten im Zitronenfest-Trubel

Wir waren in Menton, um das Zitronenfest zu besuchen. Die kleine Wohnung mit Balkon befand sich sehr zentral, nur wenige Meter von der Strandpromenade und dem Festumzug sowie den Zitronen-Attraktivitäten entfernt. Sie hatte ein Klappbett und eine Ausziehcouch, sodass wir trotz des kleinen Wohnzimmers gut mit drei Erwachsenen dort übernachten konnten. Die Küche war perfekt eingerichtet, sodass wir uns auch warme Mahlzeiten zubereitet haben. Alles war sauber und mit Sorgfalt eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Das Auto konnten wir in der Tiefgarage parken, die mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar war. Alles in allem war die Wohnung perfekt für einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt. Menton mit seinen Geschäften, Restaurants und dem Meer ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Acueil, Emplacement, parking, salle de bain assez grande, cuisine petite mais fonctionnelle avec plein d'accessoires et une machine à café Nespresso!

Pas pu profiter du grand balcon, la faute à la saison février, mais en été à l ombre des autres immeubles ça doit être top!
