An absolutely wonderful experience, I can highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. We were extremely satisfied with both the location and the apartment itself. Everything was clean and excellently equipped. The biggest plus is the perfect location – it is situated in a wonderfully quiet area, but at the same time, it’s just a few steps to the beach and right into the center, so we had everything essential within arm's reach. The secured parking in an underground garage right at the accommodation is invaluable. The highlight of the apartment is the large, spacious terrace, which was absolutely perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Whenever we needed anything, the owners responded quickly and helpfully. Overall, we rate our stay a perfect 10/10 and would love to return here in the future.

Idéalement situé par rapport à la plage, aux commerces en tout genre, au Casino de jeux (pour les fans), restaurants, etc.... Petit problème de chasse d'eau mais qui sera vite réparé je pense. Petit appartement bien conçu au calme, bien orienté. pas le soleil direct le matin donc on peut petit- dejeuner sur le balcon sans cramer ou être aveuglé par le soleil. Le système d'accès par code et/ou badge est génial. Place de parking privée en sous-sol.

Bémol : canapé lit n'est pas confortable, on sent l'armature du sommier et un creux au milieu.

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und der Blick von Balkon in den Park ist auch sehr schön. Die Bettwäsche war sauber. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett, aber sie konnten uns in nützlicher Frist nicht bei unseren Beanstandungen helfen.

Die vielen Codes stressen beim Anreisen sehr und waren für uns sehr unübersichtlich. Es wäre eine Hilfe gewesen, wenn jemand am Anreisetag vor Ort gewesen wäre und uns geholfen hätte. In der Küche und im Badezimmer war sehr vieles sehr schmutzig. (Kühlschrank, Ofen, Boden, Bettsofa, Tischtücher, Geschirrtuch, Geschirr, Besteck.) Die Waschmaschine war defekt. Der WC Spühlkasten war defekt.
