Central studio
Near the beach, in the centre of Menton, a renovated studio in a beautiful old building, washing machine and a small kitchen. Uncomplicated communication with the owner.
A lot of noise from the street, no ventilator or air conditioning.

Absence of the host and a lot of troubles
Price was really good, location is great ,a lot of amenities and stuff like iron, stove, umbrella, kitchenware etc..
Host didn't say about the construction, you will not see the view cause of steel structures on a facade, never saw the host it's just a misterious guy, promised to come to fix the problem with the stove but to no avail. Stove, TV, toilet didn't work properly, it was a leak, stove and TV didn't turn off, a disaster. Siggarette smoke for the whole week, very noisy street don't expect to sleep well. We didn't have proper instructions...it seems like Cedric doesn't care about guests. Sorry to say that cause he was polite on the phone and I understand that the price is pretty law but....

Menton voor herhaling vatbaar!!
De locatie was fantastisch. Het was leuk om in zo'n mooi oud hotel te logeren. Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad. Het was een heerlijke vakantie in een prachtig en gezellig plaatsje. Met een heerlijk strand, waar je op de boulevard lekker kan eten de hele dag door. Doordat wij met de auto waren, is het heel makkelijk om plaatsen als Monaco ( letterlijk om de hoek ) en Antibes ed te bezoeken. Een echte aanrader.
Het kan wat druk zijn met verkeer, s'nachts in het weekend dan met name. Oordopjes zijn dan een uitkomst.

La relacion calidad precio
La localización estaba bien, a 5 min de la playa andando, el problema es que está al lado de una calle principal que pone musica el ayuntamiento por altavoces todos los dias de 9 de la mañana a 9 de la noche, entonces cuando estas en casa no tienes sensación de descanso porque es muy ruidosa. El sofa cama, también es un poco incomodo porque el colchón esta muy viejo, pero es de lo mas barato que encontramos en Menton, con lo cual al final pagas estas cosas. Lo mejor es lo limpio que estaba todo al llegar

Séjour parfait ! Le logement est idéalement situé, à proximité du centre-ville, de la plage et de la gare, ce qui facilite tous les déplacements. L'appartement est très propre, bien aménagé et offre tout le confort nécessaire. Un véritable coup de cœur, je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir !
