The vibe is somewhere between modern and homey.
Great options for breakfast - you can tell that everything is made with care.
Parking was easy.
The staff is outstanding, in particular our barista Jon who took the time to chat with us about Armenian culture and made an excellent raf!
We would reserve again in a heartbeat!
To be honest, I feel the nightly price was underpriced given the quality of the hotel…

I liked the cleanliness, polite staff and atmosphere. Breakfast was good.
I reserved and chose a table for 28th march at the restaurant for 7:30pm but, when I went I saw the table was given to other people. So, I was very upset. Some how they prepared a table for us to sit.

It has a 24/7 restaurant as only 1-2 restaurant within 500 meter radius. I so like the reception that checked us in and out. She was very attentive, fluent in english, and very informative.
I was called at 11pm and the night reception insisted me to come the lobby when i was sleeping. Apparently only to fill up the breakfast form. Very unprofessional. No concierge, so when you have lots of luggages, be ready to pull them yourself.
Parking is a bit challenging when you come during working hours.
Room floor was super dirty.
