Perfect for a 1 night stop over
This is Gyumri, not St Tropez. The outside is grim, much like the whole place, but the apartment is warm, clean and the owner is wonderful.

Walking distance to the center. Super warm, cosy, modern room with everything you need. Armine gave us a welcome homemade drink on arrival. The room had underfloor heating which was great as it was -15 outside!we would stay there again for sure

The room was cute, comfortable and clean. The owners very friendly and helpful. Gave us advice on where to visit/eat, booked us a taxi and even gave us food and fruit! Good location close to the center too.

Cozy and great value for money! The place has a lovely traditional design. We arrived early because of our train schedule, and the host kindly allowed us to check in early and even served a delicious homemade rose liqueur as a welcome drink. The host was super friendly and welcoming, which made our stay very comfortable.
I really wanted to buy a bottle of the rose liqueur, but unfortunately, I didn’t have the right change at the time — hopefully next time!
If I visit Gyumri again, I’d love to stay here once more.
It was a bit difficult to find the guesthouse, but it wasn’t a big problem. Actually, it's close to the center and a quiet location. The only minor issues were that the floor creaked a little when walking, and the shower drained a bit slowly.
