Clean room, friendly staff. Easy travel connection from the airport. 24hr reception, quiet surroundings.

The spring mattress was really hard, had to put some extra cover on it to actually sleep. No electric sockets near bed. No air conditioning, which was bearable when I stayed, but might be uncomfortable further during summer. In the shower, the water heating is done by on-spot unit, not so easy to regulate

Vahan is truly a lifesaver! Our booking was canceled at the last minute, and we suddenly had nowhere to stay. I found this hotel on Booking.com, saw the great reviews, and decided to trust them—and I’m so glad I did. The room was spotless, with fresh towels and clean bedding. We had a wonderful stay, and Vahan went above and beyond by allowing us a late check-out free of charge and keeping our luggage until 8 PM at no extra cost. We wish we could have stayed longer, but the hotel was fully booked. Thanks to Vahan and his kindness, our first night in Armenia turned into a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
