Marianne in the restaurant was incredibly kind and helpful. Narek was great too and helped with luggage and providing assistance where required.

It was comfortable room with all necessary things except remote for AC(in our room case,maybe it’s different in other rooms). We tried,but couldn’t find it anywhere)). Staff was very friendly and kind, breakfast was good.

They accepted an early check in. Good price
There was no water pressure and at night the water was totally cut off. It was impossible to have a shower. Tiny amounts of soap, no hairdryer. The breakfast was of extremely poor quality and variety and you could not choose from a buffet but you would get fixed amounts on a disk
