Disgusting. They totally overcharged me. Euro 1000 for 2 horrific nights!!!!!

Everything!!! Nothing met my expectations. For what we paid, we could have stayed in a 5 star hotel, but we received nothing what we expected. WiFi was advertised but there was none. The flat was hot with no form of airflow. The room was situated next to a bakery hence we couldnt open that window. The bedding was atrocious!!!!

Fair accomodation in the heart of Marseille

Perfect location, spacious rooms Few steps to the Plage Catalan, Old port Close to shops & restaurants Good price

Old apartment in need of renovation Bad quality sheets (black satin) that didn’t look/smell freshly washed (or weren’t ) Bad quality towels that seemed not washed /greasy No wifi (though promised) No hairdryer No aircon (we knew about it) Mold in bathroom corner Missing tiles at bathroom door Upon arrival we were informes we would need to clean the apartment before leaving or we would need to pay 50€ (or be withheld 250€ deposit - not clear but did’n wanto to argue). Being 3 moms we clean enough at home and we weren’t happy to do it on our vacation, in an old apartment, with dirty and bad smelling cloths. Also left us wondering how clean the apt was if prevoius guests cleaned it…

Situation géographique impeccable.

Beaucoup de bruit de circulation à l'extérieur. C la vie à marseille je pense, bcp de klaxon, la musique haute dans les voitures la nuit tard. Bien sûr Ce n'est pas la faute de l'établissement.

emplacement idéal lit principal confortable tout l essentiel y est sans fioriture. le canapé lit est plutôt un lit d appoint mais a le mérite d exister. facilité d accès (bus regulier)

vu qu il est prévu jusqu'à 4 personne, peut-être ajouter un peu de vaisselle

Die Lage des Unterkunft ist gut. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle, Cafés und Bars. Der Strand ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Die Küche hatte eigentlich alles was man gebrauchen kann. Mikrowelle, Ofen…

Nicht empfehlenswert für Rollstuhl. Wir hatten es sogar schwer mit dem Kinderwagen die Wohnung zu betreten und mussten ihn zusammenklappen, damit er überhaupt durch die Türe passt. Es gab auch einen Schlafsofa mit Matratze allerdings ohne Bettdecken/ Kissen. Kein Klopapier, mussten zuerst zum Supermarkt laufen.

Séjour au top !

C’est qu’il est conforme à sa description, de plus très réactif et à l’écoute l’hygiène est irréprochable et c’est très calme surtout! Il est très bien desservie et bien situé à 2mn de la plage . Pharmacie , boulangerie , pizzeria et supérette dans la même rue ! C’est génial sincèrement hâte de revenir prochainement pour un plus long séjour .

Parfait !

Je recommande fortement ce logement, meilleur rapport qualité prix ! Le prochain voyage à Marseille sera sans aucun doute chez Sam ! Situé face à la mer, à proximité de toutes commodités, extrêmement bien situé à proximité du centre ville face à la plage des catalans et à 10mn à pied du vieux port Sam a su nous accueillir ponctuellement dans un appartement très propre, il a su répondre à nos attentes en terme de qualité dans un logement. Le plus a sûrement été la box de bienvenue qui vous attend lors de votre arrivée et qui comprend des dosettes de café, de la lessive ainsi que des flyers qui nous ont aidé pour la visite de Marseille. Concernant lés équipements le logement est très fonctionnel, la SMART TV avec Netflix intégré a occupé nos soirées.

L’emplacement dans la ville seul point positif

Le lit double oui mais vieux lit en ferraille mezzanine pas accessible pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à marcher !et surtout pas noté dans les détails de la location😡 et des toilettes et sanitaires ouvert par le plafond et directement dans la chambre Super pour les odeurs ! l’appartement est très vétuste en général confort très très sommaire On a pas envie de s’y poser et se détendre plutôt envie de fuir C’est la pire location que j’ai eu je n’ai pas encore testé l’eau chaude !j’ai peur du résultat
