We had a wonderful stay in Helsinki. The apartment was spacious, beautifully renovated, extremely comfortable and very well equipped for our family. Having our own sauna was a fantastic bonus and made the experience feel particularly Finnish! The location was also very convenient for exploring Helsinki by public transport, and having a dedicated parking space was extremely helpful as we were travelling by car. What made our stay truly exceptional, however, was the service we received from Katariina. Due to an unexpected issue before our arrival, she arranged an alternative apartment for us at very short notice, which actually turned out to be a wonderful upgrade. She handled everything brilliantly and made what could have been a stressful situation completely effortless for us. Throughout our stay, Katariina was incredibly helpful, kind and responsive. Every time we had a question — from parking and Wi-Fi to practical arrangements — she replied almost immediately and always provided clear and helpful information. She even allowed us to keep the car in our allocated parking space after check-out while we spent our final few hours visiting Suomenlinna, which we really appreciated. Excellent accommodation and genuinely outstanding hospitality. We felt very well looked after from beginning to end.

L'appartement était très spacieux, calme et le balcon vitré très agréable. L'accueil était parfait. Le métro est à 10/15 min de marche et très proche du centre !

Aucun produit de première nécessité, placards vides, pas d'huile, ni de café ni de thé ni de vinaigre,ni de sucre, ni de pâte ou autre pour dépanner, rien. C'était un peu froid et ça manquait de vie. La plage dont il est question dans l'annonce fait 2 m2, elle n'est pas entretenue. La vue est jolie mais l'horizon de la mer est gâché par les immeubles et grosses entreprises d'Helsinki

Sehr großzügig und gemütliche Sofa‘s Alles da was man brauchte. Tolle Lage und tolle Aussicht

Bei Regen und Wind hab es viele Geräusche. Die Türen haben geklappert. Was war nicht weiter schlimm war.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Aussicht nahe Helsinki.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.
