The highlight of the home is the private spa area, designed to bring authentic Finnish sauna culture into a luxurious setting. The spa features a stylish glass-walled sauna, a jacuzzi, and a spacious two-person rain shower. The adjoining lounge area includes a wine cabinet and a separate fridge, all framed by beautiful arched windows overlooking the city — creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation after a day exploring Helsinki.

The apartment offers three separate bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, while the third includes three single beds and a charming loft that adds both character and additional sleeping space. In total, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The spacious living room features a large TV ideal for movie evenings, and the sofa converts into a double bed for additional guests. A futon daybed is available in the dining room for 10th and air mattress for the 11th guest if needed.

The fully equipped kitchen and generous dining area provide an inviting space for shared meals and gatherings, complemented by elegant artwork and modern design. The apartment also includes a full bathroom, a guest bathroom with washing machine, a separate toilet, two private entrances, fast WiFi throughout, and a private balcony.

🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay.
🎉 While the apartment may seem ideal for hosting parties, please note that our neighbours are very sensitive to noise. If we receive any complaints, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board will incur a €3,000 fee.
🚪 Due to the proximity of neighbours’ balconies, even minimal noise can be heard. Balcony use is strictly forbidden between 22:00 and 07:00.
🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the apartment.
🐶 Pets are not allowed in the apartment to maintain an allergy-free environment for all guests.
👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland, a way to reduce noise and protect property.
💦 Only water is allowed on the sauna stove and in the jacuzzi.
👨‍👨‍👦‍👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged.
🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited. Please use the nearest luggage storage at Kamppi shopping centre or the central railway station.
🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €10 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night`s stay for the next guest’s stay.
🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.
