You will not want for anything while staying at our home. Our gorgeous brand new construction home located in the Anglesea section of North Wildwood, NJ is available for rentals during the 2024 summer season.
This 4-bedroom plus bonus room den, 3 full bath townhouse has everything you'd want in a home. Entering the home from the ground level, you will find a spacious 2 car garage with ample storage in the back. Up the stairs is the main living area complete with an open floor plan from the modern kitchen into the living area with a direct view of the sunsets.
Off the backside of the kitchen is a den/lounge with a full bath, which is perfect for an overflow of guests. Head towards the front of this level, through the living area to the main level deck. Here you will find some of the best sunsets this area can offer. The third and final level boasts 4 bedrooms, two full baths, laundry, and another deck complete with breathtaking views! As you arrive at the top of the stairs, there will be two bedrooms and a hall bath with double vanity.
Progressing towards the front of the home, a third bedroom and laundry closet can be found. At the very front is the largest bedroom complete with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and sloping ceilings. Access to the top floor deck can be had through this room. The house was very clean and well maintained. Very nice view of the bay. Beach was further away than anticipated and was not very convenient. However, it was only a short drive away and there was ample parking. Restaurants and bars were approx 20 min walk which was nice. Parking was convenient at the house, the garage was huge and multiple vehicles were able to be stowed. Overall the house was great and definitely made spending a long weekend easy.
