The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.
VRBO is a property advertising website. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.
The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

We were a party of 6 (Grandparents, parents, 2 boys ages 4 & 5). We all agreed this was the best place we have rented since we started this tradition 5 years ago. The boys call it "their beach house". It was perfectly suited for us with a living area on each floor. It was all spotlessly clean & the beds were all comfortable. To say it was well stocked would be an understatement. The owners seemed to anticipate any need. There were so many things that rental places typically do not include that we brought with us that were already there. It really made it feel like a home. The neighborhood is quiet, with lots of parking, nice neighbors, a short walk to the sea wall. We enjoyed the front porch, spacious back deck & watching the fireworks from the front deck. Our kids loved the yard. The outdoor shower was a real convenience. And plenty of space to store beach gear under the back deck. We hope to be able to rent again for many years to come.
