Come enjoy our beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 full bath brand new LR/kitchen flooring in North Wildwood condo located within 1 1/2 short blocks to the FREE beach. This condo is located in the PERFECT spot. This is one of the family areas of North Wildwood and within walking lol distance to all the attractions. Enjoy the weekly Friday night fireworks and the daily sunsets right from the deck. Beach entrance is newly paved with foot wash and shower. There is a short walk to the surf. 4+ Night Minimum Stay required for Peak Season
Perfect size for two families or a group of mature adults to share. The main area, located above the garage, contains the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, and laundry area XL washer/dryer. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and full bath, Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and Bedroom #3 has a set of twin beds. There is a full hallway bathroom. The downstairs area contains another master suite with a full bathroom and two queen size beds. This room is the only area that is handicap accessible from the street level. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower for tenants use. Condo sleeps up to 10 people. One off-street driveway parking spot. Garage closet has storage for beach supplies and its filled with boogie boards/chairs/beach cart/wagon/umbrella. Plenty of parking in this area. Linens and Towels are not provided. This is a Smoke-Free Complex - No Smoking permitted anywhere near building! This is a Family rental in a quiet family area but adult/student groups may be considered.
1/2 Rental fee due with contract to secure week. Balance of rental plus refundable security deposit due within 30 days before arrival. Personal check, money orders

Ten family members stayed a week.Check-in couldn’t have been smoother - the owners live in one of thier units and they were very approachable and friendly.The kitchen was very usable - utensils, plates, bowls, pots and pans, appliances were more than adequate.Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach cart were provided. Bbq and outdoor shower also.All in all an excellent rental.

The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for us. Great location. Pet friendly too! We would definitely stay there again.

Nice condo property! 3 bedroom on main floor, another on the lower level with the 2 queens. It was perfect to put all the kids down there. Spiral staircase, but kids didn't have a problem going up/down. Betsy and Ron were very responsive and courteous! Answered all my questions. Family had a blast and enjoyed the place, along with the proximity of the beach.
