This elegant early 1900s house is located within a large property with three other residential units that share common areas in the garden and small swimming pool. Its central location inside Gardone Rivera, in a Garden City with many parks, makes it the ideal destination to reach all the town's main attractions on foot.
DO NOT: throw cigarettes ends or bottles over the balcony and in the garden! smoke in the apartment and villas No unregistred guests are allowed TOURIST TAX: is not included in the rent. GATE: must remain closed so as to ensure safety for all guests REGISTERED GUEST: all the guest have to be registered with ID card or Passport . TORN OF: the air conditioner, lights when you go out GARBAGE: it is necessary to separate waste collection: yellow bag for plastic, brown basket for organic waste, paper bag for paper, and purple bag for waste separation. Once the bags are full, it must be thrown into the special container located under the stairs SPACE SHARING:there are spaces shared with all the guests of the 4 different houses and they are: laundry and dining area (only for the two villas), garden and swimming pool (for everyone). For this reason you have to respect the spaces and also the other guests.
