About this house rental
This elegant holiday home is located in a park with olive trees and a large pool just 200 metres from Lake Garda and a 10-minute walk from the small village of Padenghe. You can easily reach a nearby beach with restaurants and boat hire via a road subway. For sporting activities, there is a riding school, a golf course and cycle paths in the surrounding area. Your beautiful holiday home is spread over two floors: on the ground floor there are three living rooms and a dining room with a natural stone fireplace, a kitchen, a guest WC and a gazebo with a barbecue. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and three bathrooms. One of the double bedrooms has a private bathroom and sauna. The pool has a whirlpool corner, counter-current swimming and a changing room with bathroom. A laundry room is accessible outside the house. In the park there is a fenced green area with a wooden kennel for your dog. Safe and covered car park available. Additional cleaning is available on request and for a fee on site. Lake Garda offers a variety of attractions in the areas of music, theatre, enogastronomy, sport and art in addition to well-known amusement parks. Arrival only 16 - 20 o'clock.
