Overpriced, misleading, no privacy – avoid at all costs.

The (half of the) villa itself is decent and located near Lake Garda. That’s the only positive.

The listing claimed a private pool, but the pool is actually SHARED with another villa. This is misleading and dishonest. The rooms have NO AIRCONDITIONING, which made it very uncomfortable in August. There are security cameras pointing at the terrace and even the pool, it hangs RIGHT ABOVE THE JACUZZI area — it felt like being watched constantly. For €6,500 (!!!!) for one week, this was a complete rip-off. The host refused any compensation and blamed Booking.com for the false listing. Totally unprofessional.
