Prestigious villa on Lake Manerba del Garda with pool, private beach and stunning lake view.
In the splendid setting of Manerba del Garda, just above the port of Dusano, Villa Flora stands. Entering, you find yourself in a bright living room, from which you can enjoy a complete lake view. The large French windows, the light colours of the finishes and furnishings and the orientation of the house further enhance the shades of blue and green that the sky and the lake offer to the guests of this residence. The living room is divided into a lounge area and a reading area, from which you access the dining area and the open-plan kitchen, all with a lake view from every point. Accessing the sleeping area, on the left side you find the main bathroom and a wardrobe, the only rooms without a view, and a double bedroom with a balcony, on the right side of the corridor instead we find a double room and the master bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The property is equipped with screens
The south-east side of the house is entirely served by a large terrace from which you can dominate the lake and from which you can also enjoy the view of the pool and the port behind.
On the basement floor there is a loggia where you can comfortably park several cars.
The pearl of this house is the pool, with an overflow waterfall on the lake, long and narrow for swimming and enjoying the view.
The villa has a large garage where you can park four cars. From the garage you can go up to the ground floor or access the laundry room and the technical rooms.
