In the splendid setting of Manerba del Garda, just above the port of Dusano, Villa Flora rises. Entering, one finds oneself in a bright living room, from which a total lake view is enjoyed. The wide French windows, the light colours of the finishes and furnishings, and the orientation of the house further highlight the shades of blue and green that the sky and lake offer to the guests of this dwelling. The living room is divided into a lounge area and a reading area, from which one accesses the dining area and the open-plan kitchen, all with a lake view from every point. Accessing the night area, on the left side are the main bathroom and a wardrobe, the only rooms without a view, and a double bedroom with a small terrace; on the right side of the corridor, we find a double room and the master room with a private bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The property is equipped with screens.
The south-east side of the house is entirely served by a large terrace from which the lake is dominated and from which one can also enjoy the view of the pool and the rear port.
In the basement there is a loggia where several cars can be comfortably parked.
