The accommodation was pleasant. The villa is in a quiet location and is comfortably equipped.
It is impractical to place the kitchen one floor lower than the living rooms, it required frequent walking up the stairs.
Everything in the villa worked, except for a leaking toilet in one of the bathrooms, which was disturbing at night.

The villa is bery conveniently located near the Pisenze beach which is one od the least crowded and pleasant beaches in the southern part of Lake Garda. Spacious rooms and kitchen, three bathrooms and modest but sufficient fit out and equipment make the house really convenient.
