The Location is superb. The pool is excellent. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is excellent Has an old world charm

The overall impression is that this place needed love and attention. It is a little sad, shabby and not all that clean. As a landlord myself I would be ashamed to let this place. The agent seemed ashamed of the place. The freezer didn’t work and we only got a replacement after we complained several times. The fridge was poor. It worked better after we defrosted it but it quickly froze up again and was poor again. One downstairs toilet seat was broken and though we complained nothing happened despite being given assurances it would be fixed. The electrics were somewhat dodgy. The upstairs bedroom main lights didn’t work and the toilet light was faulty. The pool lights flickered and went out. The main door lock had to be fiddled with to work. There were only 2 wine glasses for 9 people. The kitchen was shabby and needed maintenance. The garden needed tidying. The garden furniture was minimal or broken and very different from the pictures. The house was generally shabby and lacking on care and attention.

Not good unfortunately

The small door in the garden doesn't open or work. The garage door of the car broke down. We booked the car for 2 hours. We were going to Milan and were late. The first day the pool lights worked and the second day they broke and weren't fixed. Strange? The garden lights are very bad. Outside the house and the bed shakes and is very old and uncomfortable, unfortunately. There is damp in the house. The kitchen and oven are very old, the plates and cups are not enough and unfortunately not arranged, etc. I apologize, it was not what we expected. We are 8 adults and no children. I wish it was better equipped.

Very pity to face troubles which is very cheap to fix. Felt like I was let to stay for free between normal paying custom

Good location

Wi-Fi didn’t work, pity as it was also a dead zone for GSM, and it wasn’t really comfortable to plan a day without having access to internet /maps/sight-seen schedules . Nothing was suggested to fix it, except of advice to reboot (didn’t help). The week was unusually cold for mid of April, we unexpectedly ran out of Gas for heating - of course nothing was fixed due to short stay and Easter holidays. Pity that the whole house has one wine glass and not even single set of tea/coffee mugs. Being a group of nine people, we could have tea separately, in 2 shift.

The house has potential and a good layout for groups, but several issues made our stay less comfortable than expected.

The house has great potential, especially with the sunny summer days. The location is decent, with a few restaurants just a short drive away. The house is large, and the rooms are spacious.

The house could have been cleaner, and there were no warm blankets provided despite the cold nights. We found some in the closet, but they didn’t have covers and were dusty. There wasn’t enough hot water for 10 people. Wi-Fi and mobile reception were very poor inside the house, making it hard to plan or look up local information. The kitchen was also under-equipped for a large group.

Property did have some dust and was quite musty in the bedroom furniture. A lot of the furniture possibly a bit outdated and could do with a revamp as well as a larger amount of hot water for larger groups as it runs out quite fast.

The place is not recommended at all. The house is very dirty. The beds are not comfortable. The blankets stink. smell of slop. We had chameleons in the bathroom. The hosts did not address our complaints.

Lovely villa with pool

Stylish villa in a lovely, spacious garden with olive trees giving shade. The location is great, 3 minutes to the beach and one can see a little hill from the garden - makes a nice walk too. The layout is very practical - the rooms and bathrooms open separately. The air conditioning works well.

The villa stylish and comfortable, but is not recently renovated. The kitchen is equipped but we missed some small things (wine glasses or good knives)

Wetter und Pool top, Unterkunft und Ausstattung Flop. Viel zu teuer, für wenig Leistung

Der große Garten war gut für unsere Gruppe vom 8 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern, besonders gut fanden wir den sauberen und wirklich großen Pool. Allerdings war die Außendusche defekt.

Zuallererst muss man erwähnen, dass es in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft eine große Baustelle gibt, mit Kranarbeiten und viel Baustellenlärm. Das hat unseren Urlaub erheblich eingeschränkt. Und wenn dies vorher benannt worden wäre, hätten wir dort nicht gebucht. Eine Beschwerde an den Vermieter und auch über Booking blieb erfolglos, es gab keine Preisnachlass. Das finden wir wirklich nicht entgegenkommend. Hinzu kommt, dass die Ausstattung der Unterkunft nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist, sämtliches Mobiliar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und zum großen Teil abgenutzt. Das haben wir zwar im Vorfeld in den Bewertungen schon gelesen, vor Ort haben wir es dann doch nochmal wenig einladend empfunden als vorher angenommen und die Fotos suggeriert haben. Der Tiefkühlschrank war defekt. Das elektrische Zufahrtstor wurde während unseres Aufenthalts repariert. Der Tisch im Aussenbereich ist stark beschädigt und müsste dringend ersetzt werden. Man hat leider das Gefühl, dass die Besitzer kein Interesse an einem Wohlfühlfaktor für ihr Objekt und die Urlaubsgäste haben, sondern lediglich Geld verdient werden soll. Auch wenn wir sonst schöne Urlaubserfahrungen mitnehmen, die Unterkunft zählt nicht dazu und kann nicht empfohlen werden.

Schöne Liegenschaft. Gut ausgestattet. Küchen-/ Reinigungs-, Badutensilien, etc . Einrichtung nostalgisch, qualitativ in die Jahre gekommen und sanierungsbedürftig. Check in/-out problemlos.

Es war sehr kalt im Haus. Besonders im Bad und den Wohnbereichen war es sehr ungemütlich. Bett knarrte, teilweise Räume nur mit Behelfslicht, WC Sitz lose. Viele Mücken aufgrund naturnaher Umgebung.
