The villa has a large private pool (11m x 6m) immersed in a 7000 sqm private park of olive groves, meadows and woods. The villa was designed to enjoy the view of the Gulf of Salò, has a large living room with high wooden ceilings and windows with breathtaking views, three of the bedrooms have windows with lake views, new swimming pool surrounded by a well-kept garden. The villa has been completely renovated recently and has new systems and accessories, new bathrooms, a new kitchen, air conditioning in the main floor bedrooms and beautiful antiques selected in combination with modern comfort.

On the main floor two bathrooms with wonderful and spacious showers with marble coverings and glass doors. Third bathroom on the lower floor complete with shower stall also for laundry use because it is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.Kitchen: Large new kitchen with all major and minor appliances, including fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. Kitchen table seats 8-10.Indoor dining / lounge area: Large dining room and a lounge area surrounded by panoramic windows.
