Villa Fiordisole is a beautiful villa characterized by a typical Italian historical flavor located at the foot of a hill in Barbarano, a small hamlet of Salò, with a splendid view of the lake, renovated in 2017. The villa is located a few steps from the beach and all services, it is surrounded by a large terraced park overlooking the lake, here in the early months of 2025 a beautiful outdoor area is being created with swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, porch with table for 15 people.
The villa is on three levels, on the ground floor there is the entrance, a games room with table football and smart TV, a reading study and a service bathroom. On the first floor there is a large new and well-equipped kitchen, a bright and panoramic living room with smart TV and a dining room with air conditioning, very bright because it is surrounded by windows; bathroom; laundry room and washing machine; spacious master bedroom with air conditioning and beautiful terrace overlooking the lake, new en-suite bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are 6 bedrooms and 3 new bathrooms. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Bedrooms: 15 sleeps in 7 bedrooms: on the first floor spacious master bedroom (about 22m2) with double bed and 2 poufs/beds with beautiful terrace overlooking the lake. Upstairs there are 6 bedrooms in two different areas: in the first there are 2 spacious double bedrooms with lake view, one with a balcony, in the second area the roof is sloping, here there is a single bedroom, a double bedroom that can become a double, a bedroom with two single beds and a double bedroom, all rooms with lake view and independent air conditioning.
Bathrooms: 6 bathrooms (4 complete and two service bathrooms), new and with quality coverings. A service bathroom on the ground floor, on the first floor there is a service bathroom and a spacious en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom with shower, 3 bathrooms on the second floor two with shower and one with bathtub.
Kitchen: New kitchen with all major and minor appliances, including American fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. New outdoor kitchen adjacent to the pool area, with barbecue area and dining area in the outdoor porch.
Dining room: Bright dining room with air conditioning surrounded by windows with 16 seats.
