Panoramic Villa 15 Guests - Garda Island View - 2 Independent Units

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Elvira - a lovely holiday visiting with extended family. The Villa is large, well appointed and equipped with everything that you might need for a comfortable stay. It is split into two, separate, full apartments, which provides flexibility to large groups, although the social space in the larger apartment downstairs can comfortably accommodate all guests at once. The views out across Lake Garda from most of the rooms and the various terraces are breathtaking. Andrea went out of his way to be accommodating and make our visit as special as possible. We would definitely recommend.

We just finished a wonderful one week stay at Villa Elvira. The entire villa has recently been beautifully renovated. It is very spacious with one large apartment downstairs and another apartment upstairs. Everything was very clean. The downstairs apartment has four bedrooms (3 doubles and one room with bunk beds and a trundle). There are four beautiful bathrooms, three being onsuite. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (2 doubles and one room with bunk beds) and one bathroom. Our party had 11 adults (3 famlies) and we all had plenty of room. It was perfect for us. The view of Lake Garda from both apartments and the terraces is stunning. The outside terrace is large with plenty of seating and a big table for outside dining. Andrea, the owner, was very gracious, hospitable and accommodating. He kept in touch through the week to make sure all was well. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the villa a wonderful experience for guests. Andrea also has a transport service if you need transportation to and from the airport. We did have two cars for siteseeing and getting around town. When we arrived both kitchens had a very nice welcome package including, bread, milk, cheese, coffee, water and deli meat. The kitchens are fully appointed with new appliances and have everything you could possibly need. The furniture throughout the villa is lovely and comfortable. We really had a wonderful trip and throughly enjoyed our stay, wish we could have stayed longer! We highly recommend staying at Villa Elvira.

We checked in Villa Elvira to celebrate my mom’s birthday and the most important thing for her is the level of cleaning. Well... she was amazed by how kept and neat the villa was :)Andrea, our lovely host, welcomed us with pastries, cheese, prosciutto and refrigerated pineapple and delicious prosecco. What a great kickoff for a family vacation! The villa is well equipped so there’s no need to bring anything from home, including a baby crib and a highchair. Andrea also provided other useful information and recommendations throughout our stay and was available to answer every question at any time. The villa, overlooking the lake, is perfectly located if you wish to travel around lake Garda. We were traveling with small children and came back to the villa at the end of each day. It’s very accessible and also has a huge (!) garage. Overall, we had an amazing time and hopefully we’ll be back there soon :)

Hervorragend

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie. Außerordentlich sauber und neu renoviert. Alle haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber Andrea ist ein Schatz. Wir hatten noch nie so einen netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, der sich wirklich vorbildlich um seine Gäste kümmert. Sogar für unser leibliches Wohl hatte er bei unserer Ankunft gesorgt. Man kann Villa Elvira unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Garantie für einen perfekten Urlaub. Und sogar für unsere Hunde hatte Andrea Näpfe und Leckerli besorgt.

Nice, quiet and cosy villa. Very well equipped, lots of parking space. 2 different appartments in one villa, so ideal for 2 famillies or large group of people. Andrea is a kind and attentive host and provides the quest with a nice arrival package including some food, drinks and a welcome drink.

When we drove up to the house, Andrea was allready waiting for us to let us in. We were given a short tour through the house and Andrea had prepaired a fantastic lunch for us with prosecco and procciutto. The house looked like it was never rented before, everything was very new, modern and clean and there was nothing we missed. nice big rooms, amazing bathrooms and 2 great kitchens. But most of al we really loved the terrace, with good furniture, enough beds and ofcourse a huge Grill. Limetrees in the garden, a shower on the terrace, a view like never before, 2 big fridges and our friends. There was really nothing more we needed. And to top that all of, Andrea was very friendly and helpful. We asked him (all communications through whatsapp, very handy) if he could arrange transportation to Gardaland for 10 people and gave us the tip to go earlier because of traffic. This took about 2 minutes. Then, the morning we went to gardaland we asked him if it was possible to add a visit to a winefarm to the trip. Although it was 2 hours before we planned to go, he said he would try and did so. Resulting in a very very nice day for us. When we booked the house we where wondering if it would be to good to be true because it looked so good and wasn't that expencive. When we went back It really was that good, but now it was true. And to all houseseekers: Whether you are looking for a house, where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the gardalake from your own house with a nice glass of wine and food from the grill, you like to make walks to the center of Gardone riviera, Salo or Toscolano maderno, or you just want a place to chill out inside when the weather at the lake is not that great. This house has it all. Andrea thank you very much for an amazing week and we are certainly coming back to you and your beautiful house.
