The apartment was wonderful clean.tidy.plasent and modern. The location was excellent. The host were available on WhatsApp and sent all the instructions in advance. I would definitely recommend staying here

Everything was great, the kitchen could be more equipment

The quality of the apartment and comfort was really good. Very good style and everything was new and working. Big plus was that the private parking is huge. This apartment was definitely a 10/10! We also liked the outdoor space with pool as it was very calm and the sauna.

I liked the comfort and size of the apartment, it was great, overall the facility was excellent. The ladies helping us, Jennifer, Miriam and Giulia were very helpful, even though their hands were tied.

The air conditioner never mad the apartment comfortable even at night. The proximity to the lake was not as advertised, much further and not easy to get to. Also with all the modern and high end amenities ,it is ridiculous that there is only enough coffee for one morning, and having to go to a specialty coffee shop to purchase coffee is ridiculous, this should be noted prior to booking. The response i received is Ss follows" "GUEST AUTONOMY IS PARAMOUNT AND THE EQUIOMENT PRESNETED IS THAT OF WELCOME" . When paying in excess of $500 per night i expect to have enough toilet paper, towels, coffee, tea for the number of nights/days for the stay and not the bare minimum.

Whenever I book a place to stay, I usually overlook the small details as long as the overall service is excellent. However, in this apartment, everything was unfortunately disappointing: 1. The air conditioners and water heaters were not working, and we had to shower with cold water for two days until a technician came to fix the hot water. 2. The air conditioners were still not functioning when we left the apartment. 3. The beds were extremely small, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The only positive aspect was the interior decor and the fully equipped kitchen. My overall rating: 3 out of 10 In the world of business, flexibility is key — and customer satisfaction should always be the foundation.

Just back from my second stay at Stemor Suites in Desenzano, and once again, it exceeded expectations. The interiors are incredibly stylish and thoughtfully designed: modern, cozy, and finished with high-quality materials. Every detail is considered, from luxury linens and tableware to rare travel gems like a great hairdryer. Private parking and secure bike storage are also a big plus. I consider this apartments a perfect setting for a couple's getaway or a trip with friends and family. While last time I stayed at the one with the garden, on ground floor, this time l enjoyed the higher floor and stayed in an apartment featuring a balcony, two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a beautiful open-plan kitchen and living. Even this time I made good use of the small but well-equipped gym and sauna. The location is peaceful and just minutes from everything by car, and a 20-minute walk into town. Special thanks to Eva, who was once again responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend for anyone seeking style, comfort, and tranquility in Desenzano.
