The Doctor's House is a modern recently refurbished ground floor apartment in the heart of the town. 5 mins walk to Market Street and free on-street parking it is in great proximity to all of St Andrews, it's incredible golf courses and the University. Suitable for families, holiday-makers and golfers alike. Supermarkets in the vicinity. Free Wifi in the property.

The house is lovely, nice furniture, comfy and spacious. Unfortunately it is really let down with the bathroom which is really damp due to lack of ventilation. The bathroom is far too small for a property for up to 4 people with an impractical shower curtain, way too long so quite discoloured at the bottom.
The garden at the front would be a lovely place to sit out in the sun but hasn’t been made ‘habitable’ and there is no furniture which is a shame.
The house is a lovely place to spend time, but we wouldn’t stay again with the same bathroom.
