Location (very close to town centre) , very comfy beds, very clean through out, spacious, kitchen has everything you need.
No tea cups, radiator in the bathroom is not working, probably after new carpets the bedroom doors needs adjusting as they are difficult to open and close.

Spacious. Good beds. Good kitchen facilities other than no cups.
No cups. Parking was an issue - but seems to be an issue in St Andrews generally.
