- Amazing location, the city centre is right around the corner!
- Beds were comfortable
- No designated parking but there’s a small car park down the road that we managed to park in for the duration of our stay.
- A lack of mugs - the only ones were soup mugs and there were just 2 of them and we were a group of 4.
- Quite a bit of mould in the shower - the silicone needs to be replaced.
- A toilet roll holder would be useful.
It was very basic with little to no decor however we were out and about most of the time and the price reflects a basic stay so more just an observation.

Fantastic location, walking distance to all of the best spots in St Andrews and less than 10 min walk to the Old Course.
Pictures don’t reflect the quality and cleanliness of the property which requires some upkeep and maintenance. Felt much more like a student house than holiday let. Visible mould in bathroom and on blind, unsure if property had a deep clean prior to arrival and no hot water on first day.
No mugs for tea, only 2 x soup mugs.
