Great little location that meets your basic needs.

The layout was functional, lots of games and books available. The rooms were a good size.

Hard to communicate with staff if you don't have an international calling plan, not much provided like TP or paper towels, washer/ Dryer combo was not super functional and the property wasn't super clean.

Perfect for what we needed during a week of golf

Super Location and off road parking was great walking to the city or supermarket

With the unusual hot weather some lighter bedding would have been nice

Excellent cosy and quiet apartment near the city center. Sleeps four. Provides all the comfort needed during a vacation. City attractions and shopping facilities are close by. We will be back.

Lovely location Great to have clothes washer. Loved the apt and decor.

The first night we were there we were concerned about the heat. Very cold, but then figured out heat was on a timer. Slow heat release during the day I guess. The rest of the time it was fine. We ended up leaving doors to bedrooms and living room close to contain the heat.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again

Easy to walk into the town and parks. Very well lite up at night. within easy walking distance of my family. East and west sand both easily accessible on foot. Good bus service to Dundee. had a good walk along the brae with family and children collecting conkers. The walls in the flat have a host of very interesting photo's of the old St Andrews. Lots of reading material, and plenty of fun games for any children that stay.

The television is way too small and the sound is very very tinny. We are in our mid seventies so hearing and sight are not at their best for us. We had to push the heavy chairs very near so we could read the tv listings and the subtitles. TV is an important part of our holiday as we don't often go out after dark.

We were visiting on a short golfing break to the famous Old Course and this was a perfect base.

The property is set in a fairly quiet area of the town but very close to all of the amenities, restaurants and most importantly, the famous golf courses. The property was very warm and cosy at this cold time of year.

Operating instructions for the kitchen and cooking appliances would have helped. Otherwise, everything was was more than satisfactory.

Cold, convienient, not cost effective

Easy to collect keys, easy location to find, no stairs, hot water plentiful

Freezing all the time, dusty appliances, meagre towels, host left typed instructions everywhere

Exceptional

A perfect home from home. An excellent property for a family. There are plenty of books and toys, a bath, a washing machine, baby cot, excellent high chair... all things a value as a parent of small children. We have a lovely stay and will certainly be rebooking. The owner is very friendly, leaves clear instructions and communicates well.

Great location, easy access into town. Very clean and kitchen well equipped. Could do with modernising some furniture in lounge and tv but didn’t affect our stay, beds were very comfortably.

Heating was a little tricky, found it either too hot or too cold.

Had to put dishes in dishwasher before using them. Two single duvets on double bed meant you had to keep repositioning them during the night.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Bonus having a dedicated parking space. Kitchen was excellent.

Decor of property could be improved. Blinds were tricky to use.

Tolle Lage. Man spürt die liebevolle Wärme der Vermieterin. Eingerichtet wie eine Privatwohnung. Absolut Perfekt.

Einzig die englischen Betten sind für Menschen über 1,90 nicht geeignet. Aber das ist in Großbritannien überall so.
