Emplacement superbe.Propre et fonctionnel, bonne douche. Canapé lit très moyennement confortable . OK pour une personne seule, très étroit pour 2. double fenêtres efficaces.
l'absence de réactivité du propriétaire avant mon arrivée malgré mes messages mail et téléphoniques réitérés(renforcés par ceux de Booking.com à qui j'ai demandé de l'aide) . Heureusement, contact téléphonique agréable avec le gestionnaire de l'appartement 2 jours après mon arrivée

La proximité des commerces, la propreté, la qualité des appareils ménagers, la surface du logement, la rapidité de la conciergerie à répondre au téléphone.
Appartement très sonore situé juste au-dessus d'un bistrot ouvert jusqu'à minuit tous les jours. Beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à une heure très tardive.
