The electronic lock was a little finicky, but worked so it wasn't necessary to get keys which was handy. There was an abundance of snacks, water, coffee/tea plus reading material and games. The bedroom bed was very comfortable. The entire apartment was clean, well-stocked and nicely appointed.
We hadn't realized that the second bed was the living room couch and a futon. My travel companion and I are on different sleep schedules so this was a little inconvenient. She also did not find the futon comfortable.
Understanding that the renter cannot control the neighbors, there were times that the upstairs occupants were having races or weight training or moving furniture in the evenings. It was always over by mid-evening and only lasted a half-hour or so, but was noticeable.

Clean, comfortable, and everything you need. We liked the extra snacks and coffee. Would certainly stay there again if in the area.
