Steer well clear of this property and avoid disappointment

On the view was good

The sullen unhelpful attitude of the owner who was running a tattoo shop on the ground floor.. the entrance to the tiny room upstairs is through the shop littered with plenty of obstacles and a steep staircase with very low overhead.. the toilet seat cover was broken.. the room key was bent and when it broke he wanted to charge 500 baht for a fresh key .. I refused to pay since it was defective in the first place.. house keeping was zero.. shower was broken and the wash basin leaked .. see pics.. owner wanted us to tiptoe without footwear through his store

Nice view and good location in terms of where it was on the island!

Read good things about the host here however my experience was different. On arrival it didn’t even seem like he was expecting me, he dint help with bags or anything just got a key off the side and wanted us to follow him. Bedroom was alright but the bathroom wasn’t the best. Had a fridge in the room that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it had been bought, cigarette ends on the balcony floor, just not the best. Tattoo guy often slept in the shop downstairs so if you were out early or in late he would be asleep on the sofa

The location was perfect and close to everything, the view was incredible and the hosts were friendly and kind kha. The room was also nice and clean.

The stairs and walk way through the shop was a bit awkward to navigate with luggage.

My favourite place I've stayed in Thailand. That good!

It's fair to say this is my favourite place I've stayed in Thailand. Initially, I was worried having to talk through a tattoo shop to get the room might be awkward but the hosts were lovely, the place was open all night and the smiles and friendliness I received every time I came or went was a real treat. The room itself is perfect. It has everything you could need for a comfortable stay for 1 or 2 people. Even a big desk in the room, bottle opener, great AC and massage available. If you're a writer or working on creative stuff, the balcony looking out over the sea also has a desk and is one the best places to write I can remember. You feel 'in the thick of things' but without it being too loud. Look out over the sea, watch the lights from the boats coming in and going out at night. Really had the best time here. Very close to everything you need and want from Phi Phi. The hosts are excellent and I'll remember my stay for a long time to come. The passageway from the shop to the room is narrow in places so if you have an oversized bag or are on the larger side, you might struggle a bit.

The towels seemed to take a supernaturally long time to dry me.

Exceptional

Highly recommended for birdwatchers. There's a balcony facing a (very popular) sacred fig tree and a rocky shore. In two breakfasts' time we saw oliver-backed sunbird, oriental magpie-robin, common myna, pied imperial pigeon and some species of drongo visiting the tree, and Pacific reef herons along the shore.

There were some partying outside late at night. The staircase smelled a bit wet but what else can you expect in a wet season?

Comfortable, cozy, great view, in amazing location

Clean, cozy room, with a great balcony and sea view! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. It is in a good area, not to noisy and not a long distance away from everything. Bed is comfortable, a little on the hard side, but in my experience 9 out 10 beds in thailand are hard, seems to be the standard around Thailand. You will here some of the boats if you are relaxing on the balcony, but every place on the water has that. Besides there are so many amazing things to do in Phi Phi you should only need the room to sleep. Very friendly family that hosts this apartment, I would happily stay here again!

odanın girişiyle alakalı bilgi yazmıyordu biz tutarken ve 25 günlük ödeme yaptık, gidince gördük ki dövme salonunun içinden geçerek üst kata çıkıyoruz ve odaya giriyoruz bu belirtilmeliydi bence. böcek ve kertenkele sorunu çok yaşadık balkonu kesinlikle kullanmadık böcek ve kertenkele girmemesi için fakat malesef odanın girişinde de aynı sorun olduğu için bu sorunlarla yüzleşmek zorunda kaldık. banyo açıkcası daha temiz olabilirdi bence çünkü biz burdan çıktıktan sonra tatilimizi uzattık ve farklı otele geçtik aynı fiyatı verdik çok daha lüks bir odada kaldık, 25 günlük kiralamamızın sonunda sabah kapı çalınmadan bir anda bir kadın içeri girdi temizlikçiymiş ve odayı boşaltmamız gerektiğini söyledi bu harekette hiç hoş değildi. biz eşimle uyuyorduk ve odada olduğumuz aşikar kapıyı çalabilirdi onun yerine içeri dalmayı tercih etti ve orada ki son günümüzde kesinlikle az da olsa iyi görüşlerimizi yok etti kendisi, tesis normal bir dükkan üstü oda, çalışanlar güley yüzlü saygılı yardım sever.

海の目の前。ベランダから見る景色が最高。タトゥーショップが下の階にあり、タトゥーを彫る人にとってとても便利。ボート乗り場からも近い。泊まると大麻やタトゥーがお得になります。セキュリティ面も安心。居心地が良い！オーナーもタトゥショップの人もとても親切。ありがとう！！

Preis/Leistung war top bei der Ausstattung!

Klein aber fein mit top Meeresblick und sehr zentral gelegen, so dass fussläufig in die eine Richtung die Strände erreichbar waren und in die andere Richtung der Ort und seine Infrastruktur genutzt werden konnten. Einzigartig war der Zugang zu dem Zimmer mit Balkon im 1.OG durch ein Tattoo Studio!

Es hätte etwas mehr Raum geben können; war aber ok!

Miejsce jest dobre dla osób podróżujących bardziej w formie imprezowej z uwagi na brak wielu udogodnień jakich większość osób by potrzebowała by odpocząć ale jeśli masz spać i ładować telefon w tym miejscu to jest to dobre miejsce do wybrania. Właściciel tego obiektu jest bardzo przyjazny i prowadzi studio tatuażu pod apartamentem do którego się wchodzi przez to studio.

Minusem pobytu było to, że mieliśmy brązową wodę w prysznicu więc odpuściliśmy mycie się w niej oraz przy lodówce było strasznie brudno.
