Being off the main road
Very clean. Cleaning staff wonderful
Smelled strong of mold. Could not run air conditioning because closing windows made smell intolerable for me.

Our apartment at Bootshaus was really spacious — just what we needed over Christmas! It was great to have a separate bedroom to the bathroom and kitchen/lounge area. The TV with YouTube, etc, already wired up, was a nice touch, too. The place was also incredibly well-located in Lanta.
Unfortunately, when we arrived, we had to get rid of an abundance of mosquitoes, and cockroaches and geckos did get into the bathroom on occasion. However, we quickly dealt with the latter, and the mosquitoes weren’t an issue after day one. The room was spotlessly cleaned by the staff!
