The location is back from the main road so is very quiet and peaceful. The grounds are lovely and can hear all the wildlife around you. You’re able to rent bikes from the owner at a good price which is only 5 - 10 min journey to nearest shops and restaurants. Owners are welcoming and accommodating.

Lovely garden atea

The beautiful gardens that surround the bungalows and which are very well maintained. Great location, quiet yet close enough to walk to main road area, cafes & beaches or short tuk tuk ride to other places.

Very peaceful

Fantastic place, it’s very quiet at night and also during the day. The bungalow is nice and the hosts as well. Big plusses are the fridge in the bungalow, the hot shower with perfect stream to wash your hair. Good working internet. We had a nice experience staying here and might come back in the future.

Nice bungalows in good location - will come back.

Nice bungalows with peaceful surroundings , we stayed around 2 weeks there. The price was very reasonable for what you get so Perfect for budget travelers ‚ probably one of the cheapest option on koh lanta but you still get everything you need (fridge, kettle, cutlery ect…). Mattress was big and comfortable with completely enclosed mosquito net. Hot and cold water shower was always working with very good pressure. Maik the owner was very friendly and communicative, changing towels and rubbish bags regularly or when asked for. Location was perfect for us - quiet / but still close to mainroad / beaches. Walking distance to cafe and few restaurants but You do need a scooter to get around more but that’s everywhere on koh lanta… scooters are available there as well. Keep in mind this is a typical Thai style bungalow hut! If you have problems with facing a little gecko inside the room every now and then you might be better off looking for some more luxurious hotel accommodation paying at least 3x the price or traveling to another country instead.

Only thing I can think of is it would be nice to have a clothesline on the balcony to hang wet bikinis/towels.

Exceptional value for money in a great location

We initially booked to stay a week at Palm Garden Bungalows and in the end extended another 9 days. The bungalows are new this year, very well made and well kitted out. In addition to the pictures on the internet they now have an outside table on the decking area and some internal storage. They also have a kettle, fridge and tower fan, which extends outside. Mike and his wife Nok were very attentive during the stay and provided us with some great ideas for days out and some leaflets too. They also have a number of scooters for hire at competitive rates and we hired one for the duration. No need for a deposit etc. The pictures of the accommodation are accurate apart from the additions already mentioned. The bungalows are situated at the end of a lane and offer total peace and quiet at nights. We really enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone else

La localisation. Douche avec pression et eau chaude. Wifi au top.

La promiscuité avec les 3 autres bungalow. On entend tout. On vit avec les voisins. Le frigo qui fait du bruit. Les moustiques (première fois de notre voyage). La moustiquaire trouée. Les draps troués. C’est très humide. En vrai c’est cher pour ce que c’est.

Der Garten macht dem Namen alle Ehre. Ruhig und gut gelegen - top!

Der Host ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Die Lage auf der Insel ist toll, keinerlei Lärm und sehr zentral sowie nahe an schönen Stränden. Das Bad ist toll und geht über den Standard etwas hinaus. Am besten ist aber der wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte und ruhige Garten. Traumhaft!

Wenig auszusetzen: mir hätte nur noch eine Hängematte zum Glück gefehlt! (Und, meckern auf hohem Niveau, das Mosquito-netz könnte etwas besser an den Bettkasten angepasst werden, damit das Ganze an den Seiten nicht (für salamander etc) offen ist. Aber mal ein Mosquito-netz ohne Löcher, das ist eine angenehme Abwechslung:-)

Ich habe mich bei Mike und Nok sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war perfekt, leise und sauber. Mike war immer für eine kleine Unterhaltung bereit und er gab viele Tipps und Ratschläge, was man alles auf Koh Lanta unternehmen konnte.

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Aufenthalt.

Ich hatte tolle 3 Nächte in Ruhe und Einsamkeit. Die Bungalows sind in mitten der Natur gelegen und doch nicht weit weg von der Hauptstraße, die über die ganze Insel verläuft. Man kann bei den Besitzern einfach einen Roller für einen fairen Preis ausleihen - ist auch mehr oder weniger zwingend notwendig, da es auf der Insel wenig Taxis gibt. Mit Mike gibt auf Anfrage auch gern ein paar Tipps und wir haben öfter miteinander gequatscht. Vor kleinen tierischen Zimmergenossen sollte man keine Angst haben. Aber dank Moskitonetz über dem Bett (und Ventilator) kann man beruhigt einschlafen.

Gerne wieder!

Die Übernachtung in den Bungalows war wirklich eine tolle Erfahrung. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und außer Geräusche von Tieren, hört man hier nichts. Auch wenn es lediglich nur einen Ventilator gibt und es im Bungalows gerade morgens gerne mal wärmer ist, ist es super gut auszuhalten. Das Moskitonetz über dem Bett ist super! Noch nie wurde ich so wenigen gestochen wie in unserer Zeit hier. Bei dem gesamten Grundstück merkt man sehr wie viel Liebe und Zeit die Besitzer in ihre Anlage investieren. Beide sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit 😊

La localisation, proximité des plages et 7/11 à côté en scooter. Très bon rapport au prix Service de blanchisserie à quelques pas. Cadre super sympa très nature. Petite terrasse très agréable pour les soirées calmes :)

Par rapport à d’autres bungalows que nous avons fait, le site n’était pas le plus dépaysant, mais franchement top pour le prix rien à dire.

Le côté atypique, le personnel était agréable

C’est vraiment un logement avec le côté « aventure » très rustique, un peu excentré, nous avons eu la surprise d’avoir quelques petits invités, mini serpent x2 et une grosse araignée (mais bon on est en pleine nature aussi). Location de scooter plus élevé, compter 350B pour 24H

Top Bambusbungalows in toller Anlage

Charmant gestaltete Anlage. Tolle Bilder an den sonst kahlen betonwänden, toller Garten, ruhig, sehr sauber. Definitiv bessere bambusbungalows als man sonst kriegt (holzfußboden was viel angenehmer ist, Ventilator, kühlschrank, wasserkocher, extra steckdosenleiste um alles gleichzietig zunutzen sowie um den Ventilator auch auf die Terrasse zu stellen). Super bad, perfekter wasserdruck. Gutes Mückennetz. Es ist etwas weiter entfernt vom Strand und den Restaurants aber trotzdem alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Falls man aber so faul ist wie wir, kann man sich ganz unkompliziert in der unterkunft direkt einen guten Roller mieten. Dann ist es immer noch ein top Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Alles genau wie auf den Fotos.

Mir war das Bett zu hart aber es gibt deutlich härtere. Mein Freund fand es bequem. Also definitiv ansichtssache.

Besser geht es nicht

Wir haben uns in den neuwertigen Bambusbungalos sehr wohl gefühlt,es gibt einen Kühl-Gefrierschrank ein schönes großes Bett mit qualitativ hochwertiger Bettwäsche,Verstaumöglichkeiten viele Steckdosen,superMoskitonetz,was wir aber nicht genutzt haben da dort keine Moskitos waren ,ein schönes Badezimmer mit großem Spiegel und warmer Dusche plus Duschvorhang,alles neuwertig und sehr sauber,dieLage ist sehr romantisch und ruhig aber trotzdem zentral,Nachts sind die schön angelegten Wege beleuchtet so das man immer gut nach Hause findet,also alles in allemTipptopp wir wären gerne länger geblieben,die Besitzer Mike und seine Frau haben für jeden ein offenes Ohr und pflegen alles sehr liebevoll,Preis Leistung absolut Top,jederzeit wieder,da es nur 4Bungalos sind ist vorbuchen eine gute Option,und gute Roller und Fahrräder gibt es auch zu einem fairen Preis

Super bungalow

Bungalows en Bamboo neufs et très propres avec en plus un petit frigo et une table sur les terrasse. Bien sûr il n’y a aucune isolation mais ce n’est pas un problème car un peu éloigné de la rue principale donc calme tout en restant bien placé ! Possibilité de louer des scooter et vélos sur place :)

Prettig rustig en comfortabel

Superfijne rustige omgeving prachtige tuin , lieve behulpzame eigenaren, mooie ruime bungalows met terras en tuintje , schoon en hygiënisch, klein koelkastje en mogelijkheid tot koffie thee maken op de kamer , groot comfortabel bed , warme douche , weg van de hoofdweg dus oase van rust .
