Le cadre est magnifique, c’est reposant et pas bruyant (sauf les animaux nocturnes mais c’est normal) très reposant et la terrasse très jolie.

Great property, excellent value for money. Beautiful views. Little kitchen very suitable for breakfast prep. Vary close to many shops and restaurants.
Maybe offer a couple of simple beach chairs as those already on the beach are for use by the property clients only. A minor thing though as there is some shade to put towel down if early enough.

The apartment with all the amenities is comfy and the view is great. Supplied fresh water was brilliant (no more plastic!).
However, we felt really duped as in all the pictures you can't really tell all the apartments are actually duplexes... AND the duplex next to you is also right there so really the views and comforts are marred by others so close to you (our duplex neighbour was probably less than 2 metres away and loud. And the neighbors basically were in eyeline/earshot all the time). If your looking for seclusion and a feeling of peace ... We can't recommend. We were happy we only stayed 2 nights.
Furthermore, we didn't understand why the co-owner and staff (Rolf was fine for intro and check-in) were around and so very close... Like the day we were to check out they started cleaning the room before we left... Why? So bizarre and invasive. And standing on our porch while we were inside? Why? Generally uncomfortable and never felt alone.
