Great stay

Great property, excellent value for money. Beautiful views. Little kitchen very suitable for breakfast prep. Vary close to many shops and restaurants.

Maybe offer a couple of simple beach chairs as those already on the beach are for use by the property clients only. A minor thing though as there is some shade to put towel down if early enough.

Just be aware that it’s removed off the road and on a hill (but that’s what gives you the nice view!) It’s a bit expensive.

Peaceful retreat

Spent one month here, which is probably a lot! House 5: nice view, spacious, loved the natural light. Well equipped (cooking, storage, smart TV, dining table). Daily cleaning and daily drinking water jug provided. Good a/c (brand new!), good wifi, good water pressure. It’s quiet, beautifully peaceful on the balcony (my happy place!), sounds of nature and little else, yet just up the road from great restaurants (mama dang, hidden tree) and only a short ride from others (yawee, together cafe), and of course 7-11. Really just off the main road without the noise. Kind managers, Rolf and Pehn, always reachable, cute doggos who love cuddles. Monkeys like to hang out in the garden or surrounding trees, never aggressive, they don’t go near guests often, but add to the charm. I was generally very comfortable here.

Tough but short climb without a scooter. I rented a bycicle from Mr Chai just next door and was great for getting around. Definitely rustic, well kept but a bit worn, good choice if you don’t mind being fully in nature, both inside and outside the room (nothing too dramatic, mainly geckos which do get loud at night, and a few other surprises). Power outages are not uncommon but quickly fixed and town-wide so not the accommodation’s fault. Bed was really hard… this is the main negative from me. And secondly, the houses are not greatly insulated, so when the guest next door lit up a cigarrette i could smell it inside. Luckily i only had one next-door neighbor for a couple of nights during my stay, I was the only long-term guest.

First class apartment, may not suit some seniors or those with restricted mobility

The apartment was just as described on Booking.com. Very spacious, clean, wonderful views and a great location for the beaches, shops and restaurants. Subject to our observation below, we would certainly rate these as a 10

The descriptions don't show the steep inclines required to reach the apartment(s). Had we known, we almost certainly would not have booked the apartment (my wife struggles slightly as a result of a nasty leg break a few years ago). Our taxi driver from the ferry took 2 attempts to get up the drive but failed and dropped us off at the bottom of the hill. A Tuk Tuk only made it 2/3rds of the way up. Now, we are seniors, so this may not be an issue for most travellers. As most guests choose to rent motorcycles, again the climb won't trouble them. We hope this is helpful for potential guests.

Love it. Owners are really nice people, we were a little surrounded by animals so it was nice to hear it during a sleep. I love it. Also working from here is not an issue, Internet was fast. 7/11 and beach in walking distance

Depends on what you are looking for

The apartment with all the amenities is comfy and the view is great. Supplied fresh water was brilliant (no more plastic!).

However, we felt really duped as in all the pictures you can't really tell all the apartments are actually duplexes... AND the duplex next to you is also right there so really the views and comforts are marred by others so close to you (our duplex neighbour was probably less than 2 metres away and loud. And the neighbors basically were in eyeline/earshot all the time). If your looking for seclusion and a feeling of peace ... We can't recommend. We were happy we only stayed 2 nights. Furthermore, we didn't understand why the co-owner and staff (Rolf was fine for intro and check-in) were around and so very close... Like the day we were to check out they started cleaning the room before we left... Why? So bizarre and invasive. And standing on our porch while we were inside? Why? Generally uncomfortable and never felt alone.

Perfect place to spend a holiday or park yourself if you are touring the country.

The owners are fantastic people. They are always around if you need them and kindly help you out if need be. But, the best thing is that they leave you alone if you want to be alone. The property is off the main road and on a hill so it is quiet and the grounds are maintained every day by a nice couple of locals. Great front balcony that has a small view of the sea.

Один из лучших вариантов проживания за годы путешествий по Тайланду. Апартаменты представляют собой половину одного из трех домов, расположенных на некотором расстоянии друг от друга на склоне горы. Вокруг джунгли, перед домиками очень ухоженный сад. Терасса выходит на море на запад и общая для дома, соседи отделены несплошной перегородкой. Дорога находится не очень далеко, но пение птиц и стрекот цикад ее практически заглушает. До моря 10 минут медленным шагом, подъем и спуск вполне преодолимы. Рядом 7-11 и Big C. В доме очень чисто, тщательная уборка каждый день. Пространства немного, но оно отлично организовано - есть все, что нужно для длительного проживания. На кухне газовая плита, тостер, скороварка, электрическая духовка, миксер для шейков и посуда для приготовления еды, все не новое, но исправное. Хозяин апартаментов и персонал очень приветливы и терпеливо отвечали на странные вопросы типа "где тут купить свежие креветки":) Спасибо вам за чудесное время!

Возможно, стоит ввести ограничения на курение марихуаны на терассе - одни из наших соседей были ценителями, так что мы несколько раз сбегали в дом от специфического запаха)
