Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. House is clean. SmartTV and WiFi works great. Bed is very comfortable.
It’s close to a mosque so you will hear them but it’s everywhere like this.

Wir waren 8 Nächte in diesem schönen Tiny Hous und werden im nächsten Jahr bestimmt wiederkommen.
Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Binnen 2 Minuten kam eine nette Dame und hat uns alles wissenswerte gezeigt. Mr. King ist zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und reagiert sehr schnell wenn ein Problem auftritt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist genau in der Mitte vom Beach und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Virkelig et skønt tiny house med alt hvad du behøver. Tæt på alting og med 5 min’s gang til skøn stand. Der er restauranter og butikker om hjørnet. Ejeren er virkelig sød og hjælpsom og har tænkt på alt hvad et tiny house skal indeholde. Jeg kan varmt anbefale et ophold i Abrite House. Personalet på stedet er super søde og meget hjælpsomme.
Jeg kunne lide det hele og kan ikke sætte en finger på stedet.

I loved the house and the way it was planned out inside, the aircon and the washing machine.
Fell for the house already last year when I saw it and have spent the first twi months of retirement there. 5 minute walk to the beach and 10-15 minute walking to Saladan
I am a very sensitive person and there was a lot of trafic I could hear from the main road and I was awakened every morning at 5 am as the mosque was right across the street. If you use earplugs no problem. I would definitely stay there again next time I visit Koh Lanta but for a short periode
