Sehr geräumiges Apartment, alles da, was man braucht, schnelle Busverbindung nach Venedig und in der Nähe Bäcker, Bar, Apotheke, Supermarkt.

Man hört den Verkehr in der Nacht. Im Winter sollte man unbedingt Hausschuhe mitbringen, da der Fliesenboden sehr kalt ist.

Struttura molto pulita, accogliente e ache adeguatamente riscaldata. Letto abbastanza comodo. Padrone di casa molto disponibile per tutto il soggiorno. Posizione comoda vicino ai bus per Venezia.

Просторная и оснащенная квартира (посудомойка,стиральная машина, утюг,гладильная доска, полностью оборудованная кухня со всей необходимой посудой), удобная и большая кровать, хороший матрас, квартира удобно расположена рядом с трамвайной остановкой до Венеции. Очень приятная и вежливая хозяйка.

В самой квартире неудобно и грязно. Заходишь- крючков для сумки и одежды нет, все как-то несподручно. Раковина в душевой маленькая и неудобная, умыть лицо- лицо упирается в длинный кран. Очень маленькая душевая комната и сама душевая кабина - в ней ни сделать ни шагу девушке, а мужчине даже не развернуться. Голову соответственно мыть сложно, не говоря уже о пользовании мочалкой. На стенках в душевой кабине нет полочек, все средства стоят на полу, но душевая настолько маленькая, что наклониться за этими баночками становится настоящим квестом. Внизу стенки душевой кабины не герметично закрываются и вода вытекает прямо на пол в большом количестве, пару раз даже вытекала до коридора. В квартире много пауков на потолке и в углах, куча паутины. Шкафы внутри пыльные,если не сказать грязные. Посуда вся какая ни возьми грязная с остатками засохшей пищи.

Overall the location was fairly decent to reach Venice. It was about a 400m walk to the T1 Tram line. The apartment was spacious and the A/C worked well.

The communication of the Host prior to our stay was responsive. We had arranged to have the Host show up between 11:00 and 12:00 prior to our check-in, to store our luggage. He indicated to let him know through the booking website when our plane landed and would meet us and I did so at around 10:30. Not of my messages over the next few hours were responded to. He eventually showed up around 1:30pm to let us in. Indicating he was having phone problems (unsure if this was a true statement or not). Just mentioning this for others to be aware that check-in may not be smooth. The bidet did not work and the shower as many have already stated was small. We were aware of this going in, but the main issue was the drain would not drain, and water would eventually spill on the floor after a few minutes in the shower.
