Central location, exceptional property host

Check-in wasn’t good as no one met me even though I’d been told earlier in the day that someone would meet me. I found out later that the property Host had a day off and the messages that get sent through on this platform are automatic. So when the staff have a day off, this could be an issue. There were also numerous cleanliness issues. I spoke to Tracy the property host about all of my concerns and she was exceptional in helping these to get resolved. I would like to really thank her for going above and beyond to solve these issues for me

Central location was good. The flat was clean with all facilities like a washer, iron and so on. The flat itself was quiet and warm (a bit too warm) and the bed/pillows comfy.

The flat itself was a bit plain with a lack of furniture in the large bathroom to put wash things on. I ended up taking the coffee table from the lounge and using that. No wifi in the bedroom. The communal area/stairs were rather scruffy and unclean. The outside noise was unbearable at 4am with deliveries daily and street cleaners,etc which was no one’s fault. I wouldn’t have booked this had I known the noise level as I’ve been tired all week
