Lovely little find!

Dog friendly, nice area (if a little bit lacking in local amenities - 10 min. drive to a convenience shop). Secure space to side/rear for dog.

Lack of instruction leaflet for the multi-function microwave, but we got there in the end. Made the mistake of buying pizza and garlic bread before realising there was no oven.

A wonderful, cosy and self-contained apartment, perfect for visiting Lincoln.

We are so pleased we chose to stay here. The host was so helpful and welcoming, the rooms cosy and beautiful, the artwork and stylish little design features all add up to make for a lovely experience. We loved the ability to cook our own breakfast and spread out, which the open play kitchen/lounge allow. We will definitely try to book again when we are next visiting the area.

Perfect property for couples exploring Lincoln and the surrounding area.

Clean and modern property in a quiet village location. We liked the separated living space and yard/outdoor area. We were able to securely leave our bicycles.

Only minor - the property does have a microwave with grill, toaster and kettle but does not have an oven.

Compact but lovely!

Compact but super well equiped, comfy bed and lovely garden!

The shower cubicle was very small and only had a rainfall shower overhead so it was really hard to get out of the water stream to put on shampoo and felt a bit claustrophobic like being waterboarded lol There was an attachment clip for a normal shower head so might be a good idea yo have both options!

Everything we needed for our weekend away

The host was super friendly, the cottage was spotless. The bed and the living area was really comfortable and had everything you needed for your stay. The garden area is 100% dog friendly so you could leave the side door open and let them wander around alone. Very quiet location which was perfect, and close to lovely parks and places of interest. There is a information pack filled with everything you need to know about the area, top marks for that! Ideal for a short trip, Highly recommended

Very convenient for us. Quiet area. Stunning decor. Very clean. Allowed dogs.

Bed was too small for two. Measured 48” - a small double and we are used to a Queen or King size. Visitors not allowed. We had to leave and find somewhere to meet our two friends we came to see.

Modern, cosy, immaculately clean 1 bedroom cottage in a quiet location. Air conditioning. Well-equipped kitchen. Dog friendly with enclosed garden. Parking on-site.

Relaxing weekend ,soo good ...too short

Amazing tranquillity is an extra bonus you will get in this property. We stayed only two day and wish that could be longer. This lovely cottage is located about 15 min.driving from Lincoln. You will have 100% privacy but owners are living just next door and they are so kind and helpful and will do everything to make your stay comfortable so if you need anything - they are close by. Cottage is beautiful decorated, all furniture's and equipment are new and in very good quality. Kitchen is full of anything you may need ,including glasses, pots ,pan , plates and even has slowcooker . Small fridge is working very well. Bed very comfortable . Bathroom - good size; Lovely ,smart TV with Netflix and AC- are another very good bonuses. Car space is free . Little garden at the back - great to enjoy and rest. Property is dogs friendly .

Difficult to find negative comments about that place .We just loved every moment and hope to be back again.

Cosy and compact. The owner has managed to fit into a small space everything you need in a way that doesn’t feel squashed in. Thoughtfully done.

There wasn’t a negative. The only shortfall was the shower. The main overhead shower worked perfectly but the hand held shower head didn’t. The owner explained it was broken by a previous guest and she is getting it fixed. She had provided a shower cap if you wanted to keep your hair dry. So the thoughtfulness still applied.

Lovely annex for a short stay.

it’s a nice little annex, perfect for 1-2 nights to visit Lincoln. They designed a lovely little backyard with privacy. Everything is new, clean and modern.

For a longer stay it might not be suitable for everyone as it is a bit small. Perfect for a short stay though. The next supermarket is 15 mins drive away, so better stock up on your way.

Very good

Beautiful cottage spotlessly clean, had everything needed for a couple of nights. Lovely shower with plenty of hot water and very comfortable bed. Modern television with netflix and TV apps for I player etc. Also provided small radio which my husband loved listening to. Small garden area nicely laid out with tables and chairs and lit up at night. Great for our small dog also as all enclosed. Owners live next door and were very helpful and friendly. Easy to get to Lincoln by road from cottage, Also enjoyed a visit to Woodhall spa. The cottage is in a lovely village setting.

Lovely little cottage appreciated the paintings and pictures, the TV was a bit of a novelty - all cleverly designed and furnished. Lovely and clean and little doggie extras. Would recommend to anyone.
