J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement, à la fois dans une rue calme et peu passante (ce qui est importante puisque le logement est en rez de chaussée) et en même temps à quelques minutes de toutes les commodités (café du matin, arrêt de bus etc...)
Si on cherche vraiment la "petite bête", les rangements de la chambre pourraient être consolidés/réparés.

L'emplacement dans la ville, la chambre séparée, l'espace dans l'appartement, la salle de bain spacieuse.
Les tabourets du bar de la cuisine sont beaucoup trop bas par rapport à la hauteur du bar. On ne peut pas manger sur le bar en étant assis. Et la table basse est trop petite pour manger. La rue adjacente était bruyante certains soirs (passants) et certains matins à partir de 6h (camion poubelle, nettoyage...)

Pas de table pour manger, logement humide, 25euros supplémentaires à payer pour les draps du canapé lit alors que la location est prévue pour 3 personnes.
