Good location & an enjoyable stay

We liked its location as it was close to restaurants. Also loved having a washing machine.

Great apartment but horrible communication with the apartment owner.

The apartment was lovely. Great location. Cool vibe. Had everything we could ask for.

The process of getting the keys was horrible! We never received the instructions on how to obtain the keys from Booking. So when we arrived we were stuck outside. I phoned the host and she just kept telling me to check the app. But I did and the instructions were NOT there. I explained this to the host and she hung up on me!!! We were left sitting on the front step - my son almost in tears. What a mess. We paid too much to be left, locked out and the host refusing to answer my repeated calls. Host also never responded to me about the wifi & tv that didn’t work. I finally stopped trying to contact her. Great apartment but horrible to deal with if there are any issues.

Do NOT rent this apartment under any circumstances!!

This apartment was a complete dud.

I can’t say I liked anything about this apartment except the position. All the facilities were tired and it needed a good clean. The water was not hot, the TV was difficult to even turn on, the bedding needed to be replaced, the washing machine jammed shut, and the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. The owner knew how unhappy I was and offered a discount but this has not materialised. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the apartment but more the lack of and late assistance.

Lovely and value for money

We had a lovely stay in Aix-en-Provence! The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of the town, close to shops, restaurants, bars – everything you need is just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and made for a really comfortable sleep. We truly enjoyed our time there. A couple of small points to note: the shower is on the smaller side, but we saw that in the photos and it did the job just fine. It would be great to have a higher clip to attach the shower head, just for a bit more comfort. Also, we would have appreciated a few extra pillows, as the ones provided were quite thin. That said, these were very minor things and didn’t take away from our experience. We loved everything else about the place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Aix! Communication from Laura was amazing too. We would come back here again!

Quaint, adorable place right in the heart of Old Town!

We had some trouble figuring out how to open the main door. My only suggestion would be for the owner to include a brief explanation of how to scan in, in the instructions.

OK place, great location, medium value for money

Great location, coffee provided, quiet, clean.

Parking difficult (we had to walk to the car park a few times to get all the luggage, plus the car park was pretty full), furniture and apartment seem a bit dated, low ceiling in bedroom (easy to hit your head on the wooden beams), terrace a little dirty. A little pricey for what you get.

Nice little apartment right in the centre, very close to Cours Mirabeau. Don't miss the steak tartar at Chez Charlotte right across the street. Many good restaurants around from budget to mid-range. I would definitely return again...

Incredible!

Absolutely could not recommend this apartment enough while staying in Aix! The facilities were incredible and communication was quick and so lovely. The location of the apartment was perfect and was perfect for a small family. Can not thank the owner enough, we will be seeing you soon!

Bien placé mais sale.

Appartement très bien situé (parking payant à proximité), calme et hôte réactif.

Appartement sale (grille pain crasseux, eau encore présente dans la bouilloire de la cafetière avec du tartre qui flotte, poussière accumulée sur les lustres, les escaliers et les plantes, sol pas net, drap housse taché de sang….). Le cumulus fuit. Pas de torchon. Dommage car c’est un bel appartement mais très mal entretenu.

Je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma facture. Heureusement que mon service compta n'est pas très regardant, un jour ou l'autre ils refuseront les reçus booking et je ne pourrai pas me faire rembourser. J'ai pourtant expressément demandé une facture par mail; c'est inacceptable. Si cela arrivait de nouveau, j'arrêterai d'utiliser booking au profit d'autres plateformes, certains collègues le font déjà. La douche sous l'escalier est mal faite et très peu praticable. multiplicité d'interrupteurs pour éclairer l'appartement

Pour nous, séjour agréable.

Très bien situé, près de la rotonde en plein centre d' Aix. Logement coquet et bien équipé ( électroménager, vaisselle...), avec pte terrasse, livres à disposition.

Simplement il faudrait prévenir les personnes âgées que le couchage pal se trouve en mezzanine et que l' escalier qui y mène peut leur poser pb.Le canapé- lit ds la pièce pale pt résoudre le pb .Reste la baignoire à enjamber ds la s de bains.

Emplacement en plein centre ville, tout était fourni dans l'appartement (serviettes, couvertures etc) C'était vraiment super et très facile de communiquer, réponse très rapide

Pas de parking (parking de la Rotonde mais payant et quand on reste 6 jours ça fait cher), peut être quelques assaisonnements pour cuisiner aiderait (huile d'olive, sel)

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità del seggiolone e, su richiesta, del lettino per il nostro bimbo.Una soluzione comoda e accogliente per chi viaggia in famiglia.

L'emplacement et la réactivité de la responsable Pratique pour une nuit.

Le faite que malheureusement il n'y ai pas d'eau chaude. Problème électrique. Bruit d'eau toute la nuit. Pas pratique avec une poussette

Redelijk

Veel te klein voor 5 personen. Slechts 1 toilet waarvan het slot niet werkt en waarvan de deur uitkomt in de keuken. Er is niets van privacy. Veel keukengereedschap was nog vies en niet goed afgewassen. Stofnetten onder de tv die we zelf hebben opgeruimd. Ook jammer dat er maar 1 sleutel was waardoor je niet apart op stap kon. De locatie was uitstekend, alles op loopafstand. De mensen met wie je contact had antwoorden snel en zijn behulpzaam. Het bed lag goed en het beddengoed was netjes . Ook de zetelbedden lagen goed maar niet ideaal voor grotere mensen. Ik zou dit verblijf aanraden aan jonge koppels alleen of met max 2 kindjes.

A acomodação fica no centro de Aix. A anfitriã disponibilizou cafés/chá. As toalhas estavam limpas e cheirosas. De tudo, a proximidade com o centro de Aix.

A ducha não tem suporte para segura-la. Para tomar banho, você precisa ficar segurando-a, ou tomar banho de banheira, o que implica em usar toda água quente num único banho. Se tiver mais de 1,60 toma banho curvado ou sentado, pois a banheira fica embaixo da escada que sobe para o andar onde fica a cama de casal, e o local é baixo. De igual modo, se tiver mais de 1,60m, tem que ter cuidado para não bater a cabeça na viga que fica no andar de cima (em cima da cama de casal). Não há lugar para guardar roupas. Não há armários, prateleiras. As nossas deixamos dentro das malas. Como sugestão, algumas prateleiras para organização das roupas. A máquina de lavar roupas, que foi um dos motivos pelos quais reservei no booking não funcionou. Um dia antes de terminar nossa estadia, a anfitriã ofereceu enviar alguém para verificar a máquina, mas não daria mais tempo da roupa secar. Aqui, deixo a sugestão de uma lava e seca. Não há escorredor de pratos. Os travesseiros parecem mais almofadas. Precisam ser trocados.
