Not recommend at all
We saw a mouse in the flat for three nights in a row searching for food on the kitchen sides and we also saw mouse feces on them. The windows that are shown in the pictures face the inside of the building and so there is no really light coming in. Very low ceiling. The oven was not working. You could smell the mold in the room. Generally not the experience you would expect from looking at the pictures.

Charming Place Right in the Center of Aix
The location was fabulous, right in the heart of the charming old Aix. The apartment was large enough and had a good size kitchen. The apartment was nicely decorated. The host was super helpful and extremely responsive. There is a huge parking 1 minute away from the property, which is super convenient.
We happen to visit during a very hot spell. There is no AC, which we were expecting. There were 2 fans and a sort of swamp cooler fan, that the host provided graciously after I mentioned how hot we were. I was impressed how responsive the host was at getting us the super fan. It really helped the situation after that. Overall, we were happy with the value and price. You cannot beat the location!

Spacious but cozy stay in Place des Cardeurs, a vibrant location in Aix-en-Provence
Great location and had everything I needed. Everything was walking distance with lots of bars and restaurants right at the doorstep (Place des Cardeurs). Exactly like the picture. Not too many stairs to climb with my suitcase. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Well presented.

I didn’t stay at the property, the main door not opened, the main door not opened as it should open Automatically , but the automatic circuit was not working, the host came after hour of trying with the key, but door not opened, the host must be sure everything is working fine before the guests arrivals, but it seems no, It was very hard day after long travel day , spent almost 3 hours or more trying to open the door, then look for another hotel around wit available rooms to pass the night. Which is costly almost double price.

Wonderful Location but Poor Attention to Detail and Hygiene
The location was easily the best part of the stay. The apartment was just off of a bustling square and it was always a close walk to get to the markets and restaurants nearby. Our host was also very communicative and quick to respond.
This unit was listed as a 12:00 check in, but once we booked it we were told that we couldn't check in until 15:00. We asked our host if we could check in early, but she informed us that the housekeepers may not be ready by then. We were told they would contact us when the apartment was ready, but having not been contacted by 14:30, we proceeded to enter our apartment to drop off bags, to find it completely unattended to by the housekeepers. The bed had been slept in, the kitchen was scattered with used dishes and the bathroom was dirty as well. We messaged the host who was very quick to respond and work to mitigate the situation which we appreciated, she even refunded us the cleaning fee and helped us with our parking. The housekeepers eventually came around closer to 16:00, however they did not do a thorough job. Dirty dishes were simply placed back in drawers without being cleaned, our towels were folded nicely but were dirty, and used items were left in the bathroom.
In regards to the space itself, we felt that it was inaccurately portrayed as a one bedroom unit when in fact it is more of a studio. The main bed is in an alcove and he door is just a plastic curtain. There is very little privacy as a result and you can see and hear between the spaces. The bathroom also smelled of leaking sewage throughout our stay. The apartment also lacked air conditioning which is common across France but we found the unit would get so hot, even in the evenings, that it was unbearable to be inside at some points. It was always hotter inside than outside even with the windows open and fans blowing, so if you don't enjoy sweating constantly, keep that in mind
Overall we thought the host was communicative and hard working, we loved the location, but the space was inaccurately listed in terms of the rooms and check in and the place was unhygienic and hot; the lack of attention to detail is unfortunately how we will remember the apartment.

Hermosa ciudad.Volveria.
La ubicación, realmente el departamento esta ubicado en el corazón de Aix en Provence, a media cuadra de hermosos restaurantes y a un minuto de todo! Dejamos el auto en el parking Pasteur( 20 euros la estadía) a 5 minutos caminando.

Poca luz entra por las ventanitas, al ser interno. Un vecino gritaba de día y de noche (supongo será un hombre no en su sano juicio).Pero es un detalle nomás. El baño lindo pero la ducha muy bajita (al ser altos, nos resultaba incómodo)

Det gick inte att med angiven information låsa upp ytterdörren och komma in. Elektriskt fel sa den unge mannen som kom 20 min efter att jag ringt angående problemet. Han hade då med sig en nyckel. När jag satt på flyget hade jag fått ett mail att ange ankomsttid, vilket jag inte hade uppfattat. Jag visste inte hur lång tid skulle ta att komma dit, däremot hade jag tidigare fått besked om hur dörren skulle öppnas vilket jag trodde skulle fungera och försökte använda
Mycket tråkiga sängkläder. Liten säng för två, bäddade i soffan som var som en hängmatta.
Inget riktigt fönster, det som fanns vätte ut mot trappuppgången, när ljuset tändes där ute lyste den lampan in i rummet. Skulle inte boka här igen

L'annonce :Télévision à écran plat ne correspondait pas à la réalité pratique: seul Netflix était accessible.
De même pour le linge de maison:pas un torchon,pas un essuie-mains!
Par ailleurs, les couettes n'étaient pas adaptées à des lits en 140,

-Keine Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nach Check-in.
-Keine Handtücher (auch kein Geschirrhandtuch)

Un séjour parfait dans un logement magnifique !
Le lieu est chaleureux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. On s’y sent immédiatement bien, même avec notre petite fille de 2 ans qui a adoré l’espace. Le bâtiment est atypique et plein de charme, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. L’endroit est calme, reposant et en même temps très bien situé, idéal pour découvrir les environs. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Квартира расположена в самом центре города, в тихой красивой улочке, в старом доме, на втором (первом) этаже. Попасть в квартиру просто - код на двери в дом, код на двери в квартиру. Ночью тихо, шума нет, утром приятно выйти прогуляться по городу, пока большинство народа еще спит - магазины, булочные рядом.
Квартира очень и очень маленькая - заявлена на 5 человек, но там было бы тесно даже двоим. Мы снимали на 5, в итоге двое взрослых спали в условной спальне, ничем не отделенной от гостиной, двое детей - на раскладном диване, третий ребенок - на матрасе на полу (удовольствие сомнительное). Когда раскладываешь диван и кладешь матрас, места в квартире не остается совсем - невозможно ни открыть холодильник, ни подойти к кухне, ни сесть за стол. Маленький прикроватный столик приходилось выносить в коридор к входной двери. Кондиционера нет, есть несколько напольных вентиляторов, которые в середине июля совершенно не спасают положение - как следствие, очень жарко. На 5 человек в кухне было 4 кружки, 4 ложки, 4 бокала и 4 вилки. Утюга нет, в чем проблема его купить - непонятно. Не было туалетной бумаги, но после нашего вопроса ее быстро принесли.

La « chambre » ne ferme pas, sur les photos il y a un rideau mais n’existe plus. Le lit d’appoint n’est pas une petite banquette de pliable comme sur les photos mais une chauffeuse fini + un mini sur matelas …. Heureusement que c’était juste pour une nuit

lo stile dell'appartamento e alcune chicche tecnologiche. la semplicità di accesso e la posizione in centro ma in una zona molto tranquilla, nessun rumore.
Il letto matrimoniale ha il materasso che fa sprofondare verso il centro del letto, un po' scomodo. La doccia è molto bella, ma non si può selezionare una sola modalità per l'erogazione dell'acqua fra doccino a telefono, doccia a soffitto, rubinetto: in qualunque posizione l'acqua esce sempre da almeno due punti di erogazione. Manca un asciugapiatti per la cucina.

Chambre couloir sans fenêtre aussi avec 0 place autour du lit, lit 140 basique matelas et literie très bas de gamme, pas de possibilité de ranger ses affaires car 1 seul placard encombré cumulus, aspirateur, étendoir…,,
Téléviseur avec que Netflix !!…, et surtout présence de souris vivante dans le canapé lit découvert à 22h !!!! Horrible !!!
