7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
Good central location.
Its on the 3rd floor and no lift so you need to be fit and not have too much luggage! Instructions could have been clearer such as directions to nearest car park FIRST as if travelling by car you cannot park in street outside.

First of all the location is the best. Right in the center. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean and all the amenities are great.
There was a weak smell of sewerage from the bathroom and the shower is some moments throughout the stay.

the location is wonderful, on cours mirabeau the bed is comfy good amenities
no lift, with three steep flights of stairs, if you have heavy bags, not a great idea the ceilings are low, I knocked my head a few times on the ceiling beams not enough toilet paper provided checkout requires taking your trash out the building without very clear instructions. also the check out instructions state stripping all laundry.
