L'appartement est bien agencé et mignon. Le balcon avec vue sur mer est très appréciable Notre séjour était court (weekend) mais nous étions très bien installés

La vue sur la mer par le petit balcon vitré.
Le logement mérite un bon rafraîchissement. Le ménage n’était pas fait avant notre arrivée ☹️. L’ascenseur ne monte qu’au 8 ème étage, il fait monter le dernier étage à pieds. Le volet roulant de la fenêtre du salon était cassé et ne s’ouvrait pas entièrement.

L'emplacement était top. la vue sur la mer est magnifique.
Le problème pour récupérer le code. je suis arrivée avec 3 jours de retard en aillant prévenu et j'ai du attendre 1 heure et 5 appels sur messagerie pour qu'on me donne le code d'accès. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. La manivelle du store ne tient plus. Tiroir d'un meuble cassé. Des réparations et entretiens simples sont à prévoir. Rien de grave pour autant.
