come and spend an excellent stay at saint jean de monts (seaside town on the light coast in the pays de Loire (Vendée)) and enjoy the sunny coast, its fine sandy beach in the heart of a huge pine forest. Between dunes and ocean only pleasure. Come and discover the Vendee known for its micro climate. it is a studio with 180 degree view facing the sea. on the 3rd floor with elevator of a residence where you cross the street to find yourself on the beach.

Le logement n'est pas de la première jeunesse mais il ne manque de rien. La vue sur l'océan est à 180 degrés et la plage a 50m.L'emplacement est près des restos et commerces. Mr Abouaf est très agréable et disponible. J'y retournerais sans aucune hésitation.

Le seul problème concerne la facturation faite par Abritel : les charges s'élèvent à 40,7% du prix de la location!! De plus, le propriétaire m'a dit qu'il n'était pas au courant d'une facturation de frais de nettoyage (30€) et j'ai donc dû faire le ménage...

Appartement très propre, fonctionnel. Prix de location abordable. Propriétaire cordial. Vue sur l'océan superbe, pas de problème de parking (mais location en décembre).
