This apartment exceeds the brochure description. It is ideally located directly overlooking the beach, for local shops around the corner and for the town centre. It is bright, well-maintained, clean and well-decorated. The bed is very comfortable. Facilities for parking and bicycle storage are excellent. The owner is helpful and welcoming. We did not experience any problems at all during our visit - the whole week was delightful. We spent the time cycling along the Vendeen green routes, buying food at local shops and practising our limited French with locals. We visited an art exhibition at the Mediateque and the local market, cycled north to Noirmoutier one day, then drove to Noirmoutier and cycled round it another day. We cycled south to St Gilles Croix de Vie. We took the ferry to L'Ile d'Yeu and hired VTTs to cycle round the coast. We ate out one night at the Robinson Hotel restaurant which was expensive but well worth it. I recommend the apartment to everyone.
